I came in here for a vanilla cone. I think they were a bit short staffed, because I had to wait a few minutes for them to take my order. As soon as I ordered, it took about a good five minutes because it appeared that they were struggling at the drive-through.

First time in a Dairy Queen,the food was good, the new blizzard was delicious. Only complaint was how long it took for someone to take our order, and then the wait time to receive food. Other than that I’d go back for the blizzards!!

I picked up a cake for my daughter’s birthday party from this location today and was highly disappointed when we got home and saw it. The picture on the cake was bubbly and my daughter’s name wasn’t even capitalized. There were multiple spots on the sides of the cake that were uneven and falling apart. Then, there was a brown string-like object in the cake too. We couldn’t serve the cake at our party and were left scrambling at the last minute to find another cake.
The store was also very dirty inside with a lot of things looking like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile.

Has anyone noticed a difference in their soft serve? It’s not the same, not as creamy. Almost like there’s too much water in it. We ordered 2 chocolate dip cones and I’m sad to say, there has to be something going on with their soft serve. Hopefully just a bad batch.

Today I went to pick up a banana split blizzard. I’ve been ordering them for more years than I can remember. Today they put in so much chocolate sauce it just dominated the flavor. I took it to the front and frankly got world class treatment from the young lady at the counter. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but in a world where the art of quality customer service is dying she shined. I wish I remembered her name to giver her personal credit.
