I got a pickup order I placed online. Can’t complain about the food, the wings and fries were delicious and it was ready when I got there. Weird service interaction though. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all, which I thought was ok they looked a bit busy. I waited for a few minutes without any interaction, until an employee approached the front desk and just looked at me funny until I said I had a pickup order. He looked at the rack and silently gave me my food. I went to fill up my cups and the employee had silently approached me directly from behind with a container of tea, so when I backed up to move I almost ran into him. Still not a word out of him. I left feeling a bit uncomfortable with the whole interaction.

Right when you go in, you’re immediately greeted and welcomed. The young lady at the register was sweet and polite and got an order in. It got packed and really busy after we ordered, so there was a little wait but totally understandable and worth it. This is our go-to wing place always. Definitely recommend.

I hate to leave this review. I have always enjoyed ordering from here. I must admit the new fries can’t compare to the original. In my opinion they are too salty. I also noticed a change in how the wings were prepared. They are too crispy for me. I believe Wingstop should go back to preparing their wings and fries the original way. If dominant broken don’t fix it.

This is the last time I visit this location. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before I arrived at the location. When I went to pick up my order, I was told it still wasn’t ready and had to wait an hour. After all that time, I waited my sandwich still wasn’t made correctly. When I asked if it could be fixed and being given attitude in response. Instead of making a fresh sandwich, the older gentleman just took the pickles off and gave me the exact same sandwich, as if I wouldn’t realize it. I’m allergic to pickles, which is why I asked for them to be removed when I ordered in the first place. However, when I asked for it to be remade, he gives me the nastiest attitude and speaks to me in such an unnecessarily rude manner. Thankfully the younger girl working with him kindly remade it, and even apologized on his behalf since he couldn’t even do that. I didn’t catch his name but whoever the older gentleman was working today around 12:30pm – 2pm. Needs to be retrained and taught better customer service along with the rest of the staff. If you can avoid this location. As it’s always a hassle to get your order while being treated terribly by the staff.

Never had a meal ready for pickup. Usually waiting 20 to 30 minutes with them saying it is the next one, but only to be delayed. Employees bsing in back about little they are paid while three people actually work. Need a more disciplined manager on-site.

Service was one of the worst I have experienced. And if you like ice in your drink don’t come here. Cashier was rude and ignored me when I asked her for ice.
Food was slow to come out. People that ordered well after got their food first.

I walked in the store at 938 my food wasn’t supposed to be ready til.948 and I was early so after telling the girl my name I stood to the side and waited. Then at 9:58 I had run out of time and had to go so I went and asked for a refund. The girl asked my name and I told her and she goes oh your order has been ready. I finally get to my relatives to eat and my fries are cold and my wings are wet and slimy from sitting so long not crispy like usual at all. They refused to refund me and gave me a credit. As if Id go back if someone paid me. This used to be my favorite location when visiting. I dont know what happened but service and food quality have gone down hill fast. What happened to caring about your customers?

We’ll been waiting an hour for 20 wings and fries. They are about to make me late for work. My suggestion is to go somewhere else and stay very far away from this place, unless you have all day to wait on them to make easy orders.

This was the last time I order from this location. The chicken was so hard, it was almost inedible. The wings were so small it was ridiculous. Over $60 for wings and fingers is crazy. The size of the fries was very small and they weren’t the usual seasoning & I did not request anything different. Very disappointed in the quality of the food & especially for the cost.

Welcome to WingStop, where to-go orders and the customer’s order behind you is more important than yours. Where there are no trash cans and the napkins are a roll of gas station paper towels. Where your order of fries is likely to be a 1/2 pound of crumbs (see pic).

This is our fifth time at this location, and each time gets worse. What a mess. We watched as order after order after order was filled before ours (to-go and in person). We were literally the last customers standing, and our order wasn’t filled until I walked to window to address the issue. They were “waiting on fries.” That’s hilarious considering the sad excuse for fries they gave me.
Whatever, WingStop. You stay busy enough to ignore reviews like this. If we return, I won’t set my expectations so high. Maybe that’ll keep me from writing another review like this.
