My boba was incredibly sour. I literally took one sip and brought the drink back. The guy working acted shocked, took the container of green Thai tea, and then came back and told me nothing was wrong. He then proceeded to question if I ate something earlier to make the boba taste sour.
I thought the whole thing was utter nonsense because clearly the boba was sour. He then told me he could not remake the drink nor give a refund, so I just had to throw the boba away (better than to possibly get food poisoning). Now, I am down $7 for no reason.
I recommend going somewhere that actually uses fresh toppings and do not keep it stored in a fridge for days. They obviously also need to majorly work on their customer service.

Here is why I rate them so high: First when I walked up to the area where they are serving it, I wait because of a customer they are talking to. While I wait, the lady infront of me has ALREADY ORDERED and I only have to wait about 1 second! As I start to walk up to one of the employees, he complements my shirt and immediately gets my order. He even adds “Take the time if you need it,” and faces a little menu infrastructure of me on the counter. After ordering, he helps me with the cashier machine, and I obviously tip for how good my experience had been so far. I wait for about a minute until he signals me over to get my order. In all, I am definitely going again, and as an added bonus, the TEA was amazing with so many options and combinations to choose from. [Even ones that are not Boba]

I was really excited to try this boba spot, but unfortunately, my drink didn’t meet my expectations. It wasn’t sweet at all, which was really disappointing since boba is supposed to be a fun, flavorful treat. I’m not sure if it was just an off day or if the drink was made incorrectly, but it just wasn’t what I was hoping for. That being said, the place itself had a nice atmosphere, and I’d be willing to give it another try hopefully with better results next time!

I cannot recommend this boba shop enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful experience. The menu has offering a wide variety of tea bases and toppings.
I tried the classic brown sugar milk tea with boba, and it was perfection. The tea was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness. The tapioca pearls were fresh, soft, and chewy—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. My friend ordered a matcha strawberry milk tea, and the flavors were so good, both visually and taste-wise.

Cashier was very nice. Bad tea. Everything is pre-mixed and they just pour it in a cup. You cannot adjust the sweetness. There is no real tea or cream even. Tópicas aren’t fresh either.

Neat place. Nice variety of popping boba and jellies. Their display fridge has some ethnic desserts, and after asking the cashier for recommendations, they suggested the “Rice pudding w/ black eyed peas” and it a sweet suprise. Normally, I’m put off food with beans in it, but this was pretty great.

I also ordered the fried catfish fillet with the black beans sauce. This wasn’t my first time ordering takeout from here. The food is always good! The cashier was friendly and pleasant. The wait wasn’t too long. Bc, I was shopping at the store next to it. The atmosphere is nice and inviting. I loved my Boba tea drink and be back to try others! HAPPY EATING!
