My husband and I entered this location an hour before closing . As we entered we were treated very rudely but one of the staff member. She said loudly “I am not going to even look at them “ ,and refused to give us service. Her coworker who was very busy left what he was doing to attend us. Even the lady cleaning the floor and the delivery person acknowledged us. Honestly the worst service.

I have been eating from this location for 3 years, and Domino’s for decades. In the past, the food was always hot, fresh, and accurate. Tonight, the pizza was delivered after 45 minutes and ICE COLD (go figure) and to add additional insult I paid for larges – but received mediums. I actually measured them because they looked so small when I opened the boxes. Sure enough, they were 12″ in diameter. I am unsure if it was a mistake or if Domino’s just scams everyone now with smaller than advertised pizzas. Anyway, between the ice cold pizzas, the smaller sizes, and the delivery fees/tip for a 45 MINUTE delivery (I live 7 minutes away), I’m done. I won’t be back. Things are just too expensive these days to be wasting money at places like this.

The wings are good still, but the pizza has gone downhill. Don’t order extra toppings; you’ll pay for them but you won’t get them. This pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, but there is hardly any cheese on it at all.

Hey your local york guide here with my newest review. I came in to this local dominos trying to find an easy cheese and pepperoni pizza. Ive noted there is a large amount of reviews stating a similar rude lack of customer service from this establishment before i give my review. I approached the counter and was not greeted. The employees were arguing over being short staffed. I counted 5 employees all working on pizza. I stood for 5 minutes waiting and the delivery driver returned to the store and said has he been helped another female employee with many tattoos on her neck and hands said no dont worry about it. she then tried to help and this other girl who was working in the back with the tattoos said no go back to deliveries were busy. So i waited then same angry girl approached me with no name tag so i cant reference who she is. She said what do you want in a very much leave we dont want your business tone. I simply said hey could you tell me if you have any specials or deals running right now. She responds ugh omg… like me asking this was about to ruin her life. Then said can you just tell me what you want and be specific already. So i said ok i can just look online if you dont know and she then said them but was very angry about it. I placed the order and she glared at me. The rest of the employees seemed afraid to speak. She then stormed off out the back. I try to be fair with all reviews but it is hard to say if this is normal here or not but ive found these instances are usually brought on by poor management and or lack of care from the top to bottom. Id say to be safe and avoid dealing with the employees and use take out or one of the other pizza stops in the area. Pizza hut is about a mile in relation to here. The food was average with an uneven spread of toppings and felt rushed even though it took longer than 30 min for two pizzas.

My wife & I wanted to send a special Thank you to Tyson, we are truck drivers. This man went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Then came back to bring what we asked for. It was very late; we thought possibly he forgot us. But when we woke up our extra drinks were sitting on the truck. Man thank you!!!! Great character, good spirit & we hope you chase your dream! Love your sales, ordered last week wanted to order again but pls tell corporate your app gotta stop clearing my carts…. Thank you. Over the past 2 yrs this is the 7th time I didn’t order (6 pizzas) bc cart was either cleared the next hour or next day!
Was gonna order 7 pizzas last night, Built all the pizzas, got delayed, woke up, didn’t order bc didn’t want to go through asking the family what they want on the pizzas again, it’s a job after the same thing 7th time…. It’s quite frustrating. We had to eat sandwiches instead…. Sad moment
Also too bad pizzas last week got a little greasy than we expected. It wasn’t like that before. Had to dab them… people change, family changed, unfortunately they don’t want to eat any fat nowadays. I am too trying to avoid heart problems myself after certain age…
Pan pizza delicious. Jenna is very efficient on delivery. Pizza arrived hot and tasted like just out of the oven. Kuddos on her fine attitude: lively, well-mannered and very respectful. Need more drivers like Jenna!
