Do not get the Mandarin chicken! It’s just sweet and sour chicken! This place has always been my favorite Chinese food place and I’ve recommended a lot of people come here. I’m seriously disappointed by my experience tonight and I don’t think I’ll be back. I’m pregnant and had a serious craving for mandarin chicken so my husband went to get us some. He got mandarin chicken for me and sweet and sour chicken for himself. When he got back, we had 2 orders of sweet and sour chicken. No mandarin chicken. Anyone who understands pregnancy cravings understands how disappointing and unbearable it is to get the wrong thing. Normally I’d let it go but I wanted it so bad I was willing to drive all the way back. We weren’t given a receipt so I called first. The guy spoke to me like I was an idiot, saying the sauce in sweet and sour chicken and mandarin chicken is the exact same. Only difference is how the chicken is cut. Um no. There is a big difference. If that’s really just how this restaurant does their mandarin chicken then they need to stop calling it that. Its extremely misleading and feels like a scam. Chicken with sweet and sour sauce, no matter how you cut it, is still sweet and sour chicken. If you don’t sell mandarin chicken, don’t put it on your menu! I don’t like the sourness of sweet and sour chicken and I’m so hungry. I’ll have to wait and find something else to eat after spending a ton of money on food I don’t like. Its not cheap. Of course a man will talk down to me and act like I’m an idiot when he has absolutely no clue about women or hormones and pregnancy cravings. Dude doesn’t even know there’s a difference between mandarin and orange chicken. I don’t need to hear “I’ve worked here for a lot of years and you’re wrong” good for you. His customer service sucks. If anyone wants orange chicken or mandarin chicken, don’t be fooled by the menu. They dont have it. Go somewhere you won’t be lied to.

As I said, I’ve never had any issues with this place before tonight. I’ve always had great customer service and I wish I was leaving a better review. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth though. This guy was youngish and caucasian. He was working the front register Jan 21st around 7:50pm if management cares to know.

This place does Chinese better than most others ☺️ My husband craves the fried rice on a regular basis. The Lemon Chicken & Spicy Hot Pepper Beef are AMAZING. We tried the Beef & Broccoli this time & it was not as good. Service is great & employees are friendly! We usually get takeout.

Just ate food from Canton Restaurant for dinner. It was seriously no good. The cashew chicken was edible once you picked all the celery out, but not much flavor, & their chicken lo mien had no flavor but a TON of salt! Never eat their food again!

The food and service is good, but they nickle and dime you to death. I have been eating here often and out of the blue they started charging extra for soda refills! I paid almost $3 for the first glass and they wanted another $0.50 for a refill!! Very doughtful I will be back!!

Literally the best food I’ve ever had! I had the wonton soup and I love this restaurant so much now! The soup also came in the most beautiful blue bowl. Great atmosphere! Amazing employees very friendly! I would highly recommend coming to this place again to anyone looking to eat good food!

Ordered takeout from here over the phone from one of their servers. When we picked up the food they had missed an entire meal, potstickers and charged us for extra shrimp. My friend called to ask if we could come get it because so much was missed or at least get refunded and the server was incredibly rude right out the gate saying “Well I took the order and I know you didn’t say that” even though all we did was read her a written list of everyone’s order so we definitely did. She got super hostile and said “Why don’t you come over to the restaurant and talk to these oriental people and see if you can understand better than I can.” We asked for a refund after that blatantly racist remark and she only refunded the extra shrimp we didn’t order and hung up on us. Totally unacceptable service from this lady, she needs to be fired.
