So far I’ve ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak, the beef shawarma dinner plate, lentil soup, and baklava. Everything was so good and the fries remind me of the kind my mom used to make!

I love this place and will definitely be returning! The food was fresh and delicious! The food tasted like some of my own family recipes and made me feel at home. The owner of the restaurant is very kind and welcoming and the restaurant was super clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10!!

Waiter was very nice. Falafel wrap was yummy! Fries were thin, fresh cut… Very good, but a touch on the greasy side. One minor complaint was that the salt was too coarse for the salt shaker, so we had to remove the lid to get it to come out.. We took home spinach and feta pies which were fantastic just heated in the microwave. We also grabbed a few pieces of decent sized baklava, and a bowl of lentil soup which were all very good. This is definitely one of my favorite stops in University Circle for a quick bite to eat.

Friendly staff, decent number of options on menu, and delicious food! Hardly any wait to order, and the food was ready very quickly. Cute little restaurant and a great one to support because it’s local instead of the typical chains that populate Uptown.
Ordered a salmon pita (pictured) and enjoyed it outside. 🙂

Tried this place for the first time and it was awful! My dad and I both ordered shawarma sandwiches and they were absolutely dreadful! They had so much tahini that they were soggy and dripping everywhere. The vegetables were not fresh and the meat tasted unpleasant and had an off texture. My dad ended up with food poisoning after. The only part of our meal that was satisfying and tasted well were the fries. It was an abysmal experience and we will not be eating from here again. Definitely do not recommend.

I came to Cleveland to celebrate my birthday. I have been dining out all weekend and Falafel Cafe is by far the best food I have had in a very long time.
The food was fresh and delicious, the service was extremely friendly, and I will most definitely be back the next time I come to Cleveland.
The best Mediterranean food I have had in many years. The baklava is also incredible!
The prefect end to a weekend celebration!
If you’re visiting the museums it is a short walk. Highly recommended!!

The food here is fantastic! I always get tabbouleh and a falafel or chicken wrap. There are lots of vegetarian options and many sides to choose.

I have followed this cafe since their first location many years ago. Fresh authentic cuisine with many vegan options available. The falafel wrap is my go to when in the University Circle area. The hummus and lentil soup are the best around.

Food was fantastic!!
Asked the owner to recommend something for me to try, and with 30 years of experience, she helped me out. The KEFTA was very delicious! Sadly, Idon’t live closer, or I would definitely become a regular!!
