It was a nice, quiet experience. Food was delicious. A little pricey for chicken strips. The sauces were most wonderful. No drink station to self service refill. Bathroom was clean but the men’s door was missing the pull to close at the top of the door.

Update: I came by here again today and the cashier was very friendly and quick service. However the chicken tenders were very small, literally the size of my finger. I paid nearly $13 for hardly any food. Today I’m disappointed, I’m hoping if I return again my experience will be better.
I came through the drive-thru and placed my order with Faith, who was very kind and had great customer service. At first my fries were undercooked, and they also forgot my toast. When I came inside and explained everything the manager was very nice and apologized. They remade my whole meal and everything was so much better. The chicken tenders were so crispy and the toast was perfect. The service at this Guthrie’s is outstanding. I will certainly be back!

First of all, why can’t I find employees like Kennedi to work at my organization? She’s absolutely perfect — the ideal first point of contact! Thank you for providing such excellence through genuine customer service engagement — something that’s rare these days.
Kennedi treated me like a guest in her own home and recommended a meal that tasted like it came from a fine-dining restaurant. The dining area was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with TVs and plenty of space to relax.

Great food! Good sauces. Friendly help. Didn’t need to take a number, they remembered us and where we were. They let me buy extra sauces to try them. Would recommend, the chicken tastes better then some competition.

Lastnight I tried Guthrie’s for the first time. The menu is pretty straight forward and basic, chicken tenders or chicken sandwich. The chicken tenders seemed fresh and tasted better than most fast food places, however the fries had no taste at all. Although the food wouldn’t keep me from eating here again, the employees behavior would. At first, I ordered my meal to dine in. However, while waiting for my food I heard numerous employees using the F word several times very loudly (especially a young male that seemed to think it made him sound cool) plus the more “standard” cus words s… and h… It was also off putting that they were talking about one of them coming in with Chick-fil-A and not offering it to the others…..It’s not very good business to be talking about another restaurant that serves the same food and making it so clear that you would rather have that. After the bad language kept continuing for several minutes, I refused to sit there and listen any longer and changed my order to go. I did let the girl at the counter know why and expressed how inappropriate that behavior is and how I was very glad my mom or kids were not with me to hear those things being said.

A rival of Raisin Canes. Chicken fingers are crispy without being crunchy hard. And tenders are very moist, flavorful. Fries have crisp exterior with soft interior. Perfect for dipping. The sauce is a bit salty for me…. but I ate all of it.
