Brought my 82 year old father in for the first time a few months ago. The menu can be overwhelming for the best of us but the barista who was behind the register was patient, helpful and kind with him and helped him pick a drink that he absolutely loved. Even though she was obviously busy she didn’t rush him and answered every one of his questions. My father says that Nicole is his Starbucks Angel and he can’t wait to go back again. She is really a gem. I hope she is appreciated by her managers as we appreciate her.

The Hobart Starbucks is the BEST! I have gone in many times with my sister & received great customer service with a smile every time! The atmosphere is very nice, clean, & always up beat. Candice, the shift supervisor for this location is awesome! She goes out of her way to help you. We went in for Red Cup day, & Hobart was sold out. We ordered anyways & enjoyed our coffee. While sitting there, Dejah the store’s manager came in with these hard-to-get Red Cups, & gave one to everyone sitting inside who purchased a drink. It was so nice that she did that , as this was my 1st Red Cup! We highly recommend Hobart Starbucks!!

I came today to get my girlfriend the free red cup. As soon as I walked into the door, the girl at the register immediately greeted me and asked what was I having as I was coming up to the register. I wish I had gotten names but that’s amazing awareness and amazing customer service. She explained how I could get the free red cup, ordered my drink, gave her my name, and was on my way. As I was waiting for my drink, the girl making my drink asked how I was doing today. I kindly responded and asked her the same question back. As she’s making my drink, she’s giving me recommendations on my next drink. Very thoughtful of her to even ask me how I was doing today as she’s clearly so busy making my drink. I work retail so I can appreciate good customer service. I woke up a bit cranky but the drink, and the amazing customer service definitely made my morning and I will surely be back.

The staff that works here are the nicest! every starbucks I go to the workers act like they hate their life lol. the girls here are so nice and love to ask about your day or even give compliments and it’s so sweet. you never know what someone is going through and these ladies know how to brighten your day!

If your drive-through is going to be closed, it should be marked as closed on the app. I brought my dog with me to go through the drive-through, but it was closed so I wasn’t going to leave my little puppy in the car by herself. All the girls were very friendly, but the guy came up In a stern manner that I could not bring my dog in the Starbucks anymore. I told him that the drive-through was closed and that Was not my fault.
I expected the drive-through to be open and so I was not going to leave my puppy in the car. He still sternly continue to tell me that I could not bring my puppy in in the future. Mind you she was in a satchel when I carried her in. I heard him the first time and the third time which began to agitate me. I Was already upset because the drive-through was closed without my knowledge. I know that Starbucks can mark their drive-through as closed on the app so your customers a small favor and don’t inconvenience them.
