Hi all, we are the AB Team. We ordered cheeze puffs and 1 deep dish half an half . The deep dish was freshly preared, but the regular 4 cheeze puffs was not. But over all the food was good. NTB!

The manager Rodell was very polite on the phone when I asked if the my online order that I’ve placed a week before would be available on the scheduled day & time the next day at 10am. He assured me that it will be. We were very particular with the time because our daughter’s birthday party was at 11am. When we got there the next day, it wasn’t available until 10:25am. He was very apologetic. Bang for your buck, not to mention pizzas were good especially the sausage pizza & garlic bread stix. Just keep in mind that their 10am pick-up availability is not accurate. Other than that, our experience was pleasant & highly recommend this place.

Staff is super friendly and helpful… but the pizza is a different story. We have ordered 2x in the last year, and both times our classic pizzas are thin with barely any sauce or cheese. I feel like even though we have ordered fresh pizzas we are given the “hot and ready” pizzas that have been sitting under the warmer.

I order from this place many times. It’s either a hot or miss. They struggle to add enough sauce or make their regular pizza thick enough. But, today, I got RAW crazy puffs. I don’t understand why they struggle to cook their products. Such as their deep dish pizza. Please do better. Their workers are very kind, but I wish their food quality was as good as their customer service.

This young fella was very polite and greeted me with “yes, sir and no, sir”. How refreshing!!!! He also fulfilled my request.
Kudos to Rondell, his parents and Little Ceasars Pizza for employing respectful employees! I will continue patronage at this location and I’ll suggest it to others!!!

Update: Gave them a second chance…got pictures this time. Used pencils for size comparison. Pizza was so thin this time the ingredients basically went through it in some spots. I also made this a specialty pizza to see what it would be “fresh”. Sauce is about a quarter cup, had to order two .
In hindsight, I should have taken pictures or else no one would believe me about this Little Caesars.
I’ll start with the pizza: I’ve never been so disappointed in a Little Caesars before. I’ve had it in various locations in 3 states, all MOSTLY the same except for my welcoming in Maryland at this one. This experience was uniquely bad.They’re definitely skimping on the dough and the sauce. The regular pepperoni hot and ready pizza is almost as slim as a thin crust with barely any sauce. It’s so bad I was almost able to eat the entire thing in one go ( I’m not fat, but normally I could share one with my wife no problem with leftovers) . I also got a cheese for my toddlers, they kinda stuck their noses at it from the lack of sauce after 3 half slice each ( we cut it smaller for them) , AND THEY NORMALLY EAT CLOSE TO A WHOLE ONE.
The biggest foul from this LC is the crazy combo. I mean, I said I wasn’t fat.. but I do look forward to the crazy bread and sauce. This made me want to write the review. I knew I was in for a problem when I picked up the bag, it felt almost empty… There was no reason why it should weigh as much as a single roll of toilet paper ( I struggled to find a comparison right now). Nearly every bread stick was as skinny as my index finger and about 4-5″ long. Most half burnt, barely salted, with little to no parmesan cheese. I don’t even think there was any garlic butter. The marinara sauce was half full as well… Immensely disappointed. I wanted to call but I had a family to feed after a long day. There’s another LC in Laurel I haven’t tried yet but I’ve been recommended to try that one instead next time.
Avoid this one for awhile until they put a sign that says they changed management. This happened at a location in Mississippi one time (only problem I had there was crazy sauce), and after a few months, the owner gave up because everyone caught on to their “ingredient skimping” practices to stretch profit before the next truck comes in. I’m only giving one star because it was edible. An okay looking store I only used the portal and went home. Service was a 4 because they crammed a bag of my stuff in the portal and I shoved my entire arm in to grab it out (stuff got stuck in the grates). For the amount we paid we could have gotten Papa John’s, about $32. Seriously, LC corporate have a talk with them…

To start off, I paid around $2 extra to add bacon but ended up with a half cheese half pepperoni pizza – no bacon. The pizza is SUPER thin (ordered stuffed crust), the crazy bread is about the thickness of a finger, and the sauce was so cold it was solidifying. =/ I don’t think I’ve ever had little Caesars in ANY state that was this “quality”. It’s edible, but not hot or enjoyable.

They neglected to include any of the sauces in my order. An order that include sauces isn’t complete if you don’t include them. I’m rating one star because the order wasn’t enjoyable without any sauce.
