I placed the order online at 7 PM. It said 59 minutes. I waited 17 minutes to pick up my order in the Pizza Hut and I know they were busy that’s why I always tip. The disappointment was when I got home. I ordered a original pan crust which came with an extra dollar they made me a thin crust pizza with barely any cheese And the boneless buffalo wings was so hard. It’s a shame. I tried to call to see if they would make it right and all I got was a call center and they didn’t wanna have nothing to do with what I was saying. And I love those employees they work hard over there, but they owe me food and the call center couldn’t help me with it and they wouldn’t let me get connected to the store, so I’m sharing my story. They consistently mess up orders and “forget” items. Then you’re expected to wait an extra 15–20 minutes while they make what should have been prepared correctly the first time. While I appreciate the attempt to fix mistakes, it’s frustrating and inconvenient to lose that much time because the staff can’t follow straightforward online order instructions. Accuracy and basic attention to detail shouldn’t be this hard.

The manager was at the cash register with a handful of receipts. I stood there for a few minutes. No acknowledgement of me at all. I said “Hi”. Still nothing. So I stood there, with him ignoring me. Eventually, still without even looking at me, he turns and looks at another worker and says, “Can you get this (something, I didn’t catch what he said)” The other employee finally Acknowledges I exist and gets my name and goes and grabs my food. Worst experience I’ve had at a pizza hut. Guess it’s dominos from now on. Not sure if this is relevant, but I was in uniform (Army OCPs). Maybe they don’t appreciate the military at pizza hut.

The cinnamon sticks or whatever they are called had ABSOLUTELY NO cinnamon on them and were also hard. The pizza folds could have been better. I think that adding Marinara sauce would greatly improve the item and make it taste more like an actual pizza.
