I wish there were more stars that I could give, no joking! This little food truck sits at the food court spot inside of one of our local RV parks (Southern Leisure) and is so unassuming, but do not let that fool you. The food here is absolutely amazing!! The sweetest, bubbly lady that owns and operates this place knows what she’s doing, no doubt. I would choose to eat Thai food here over any sit down restaurant I’ve ever been to. There are some covered picnic tables if you want to dine there instead of takeaway. I’ve gotten something different this time, tried the Pad Woon Sen which has glass noodles, assorted veggies and my protein choice was the fried tofu. It comes with a small side of diced pickles jalapenos. Her egg rolls are vegetarian with glass noodles, cabbage and carrots, and the most amazing sweet chili pineapple dipping sauce that is legit drinkable. All of her sauces are homemade, and you can tell. I always ask for a side of the peanut sauce as well as the cucumber salad, it’s so good. She also has a small American menu like hamburgers and hotdogs if Thai isn’t your thing or you have kiddos with you. The portion sizes are HUGE, I typically make 3 full meals from one order, so it’s perfect to grab on a Thursday or Friday and lasts all weekend ha! If you don’t try this place, you are missing out!!

This is a tucked away gem!! “Thai food in Cheifland.” JJ and Dennis are very hospitable and offer prompt and friendly service. The cuisine is fresh and good quality. Since moving from South Florida we had not found a “go to” place that we enjoyed the food. We can now say we have found our local spot! If you enjoy Thai you will not be disappointed.
Favorite dishes include: The Panang, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles. The potstickers and the egg rolls are wonderful. The flavors combined with fresh herbs is delectable. So yummy!! These are the things we have tried so far and plan to try more dishes on our next visit.

Kombo Kitchen in Chiefland is the total package and a true rare gem.To my wife and I,it is hands down the overall best restaurant in the tri County area.The food is amazingly delicious, authentic Northern Thai, full of flavor, well presented and,the the portions are large.The sauces are next level especially the egg roll dipping sauce.Everything is freshly made to order and you can customize menus items as well.Mrs JJ the owner and chef is super friendly and truly something special in the kitchen.Her husband is also very friendly helpful and knowledgeable of menue items and culture as well is their assistant,can’t recall her name..that being said service is fast,accommodating, and an all around enjoyable experience. It is our go to spot locally and we highly recommend them to everyone every chance we get..

We’re staying at this very nice RV park for a week. Just got dinner here. This is some of the best Thai food we have ever eaten. Very fresh, very flavorful. It was just perfect.

The was awesome as we was passing through from Disney we stop here and got Crabfried Rice and Burgers. Let me tell you the service and food was amazing. They also had a place for you to sit down and eat. We will stop by next time we in the area.

Kombo is a food truck located in a plush RV community. They are located in back area with covered pavilions. Super friendly staff. Delicious food. Great variety. Cooked to your desired heat/spice level. Great portion sizes. Has some American fare if you dont like Thai, but why do that?
