This SoFresh is the best place to go when you have that hunger that needs to be filled with tender loving goodness. I get the same exact bowl every time. My plant based options are limited here in Spring Hill so this place is my go to. The Staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, the $8.99 cheese quesadilla was very good. The teriyaki bowl at $12 was also pretty good but the ordering process was confusing and the icemaker was hard to make it work and the drinks were basically Kool-Aid for three dollars apiece. At $30 for dinner a little expensive for what you get.

We had ordered a delivery of Greek salad plate. First time getting their food. Came quickly. Was absolutely delicious. So fresh. All the food was A1. We had chicken in it that was juicy and very tasty. The best feta cheese We certainly will go back for more meals

Very clean, staff is friendly & eager to help. They have 2 large kiosk for ordering but the staff is more than happy to take your order to make things easier. The food is fresh & excellent. The portions are huge, I could not finish my bowl & even had some to take home. Great place for a healthy quick lunch. Cost about the same as going to most fast food joints.

I’m totally hooked on the food!!! It was my first time and I had no clue what to order, but luckily one of the staff members (I’m still mad at myself for not getting their name) took me under their wing and showed me the ropes. I even downloaded the app, because why not? The salmon bowl was insane and I got a bunch of random sides because, well, research. Definitely coming back!!!
