I have been to many pho restaurant and hands down this restaurant has the best broth I ever tasted. It seems the bone must have been simmer for days to get this type of flavor. The meat is very tender and the large size is humongous. Out of town visiting but definitely will be back. On a side note, bring cash as they do not take any form of electronic payment.

Cleanliness: 0/10
Service : 0/10
Food : 3/10
Ambience: 0/10
Place was dirty, service was poor, food was “small-town” minded, and ambience was abhorrent.
I’ve tried many “hole-in-the-wall” places in my life and this one was an absolute letdown. To start, the spoons had a rancid smell, the booths had hollowed seats with duct tape, the venue was littered and dirty upon entrance, they only take cash in 2026, no service after initial order, the pho and spicy beef noodle soup was bland, and the entire atmosphere appears to cater only to locals who either don’t know better or never left Haltom City. The only takeaway was that I didn’t get food poisoning. Against better judgment, I decided this place was worth visiting due to recommendations that clearly fell flat. If anyone has an ounce of standard regarding anything culinary, please stay clear of this establishment, I already took the hit so that you don’t have to. The only support is from the local community and that’s all you need to know.

Update: I came back again, ordered #3 again. Fatty brisket had more fat this time, noodles were al dente. Still planning to come back.
As low as $8 for pho in 2025? That’s awesome. I ordered the #3. Pho was not as salty as other pho shops that charge more, but it was decent and portions were good. Noodles were softer rather than al dente. They do close early though, like 6pm. Yes I will come back.

The pho was flavorful and comforting, with a really good broth and fresh ingredients. My only small concern was the meat portion—it felt a bit limited—but considering the price, it was still fair. Overall, it’s a solid spot for pho and I’d come back again.

This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!

A very great place for Pho, the food is nice, environment is a little bit old but usually food in small old restaurants test better and authentic. We went there for a brunch, a lot of people dining in here. For sure I will come here again

Not our favorite. It’d been hard to visit during dinner hours…I suppose its more of a lunch spot. I got the Bì Bún (#10 – vermicelli with shredded pork skin), wife got the Cơm Chiên Thập Cẩm (#25 – fried rice). Parking is very limited and they only take cash — neither of these do I hold against a small business! I do appreciate that the place is affordable and seems authentic.

Seriously the best Pho I’ve ever had. The egg rolls are made fresh and I’d make a meal just if those if the soup wasn’t so good! Cash only but great prices!

The food was really good! Definitely a hole in the wall. If you can get past the run down look inside and out then you will enjoy their food. Definitely needs to be renovated and their place needs to be deep cleaned. 2 of the spoons for the pho were oily and dirty and the chop sticks had sauce on them. The bathroom looked like something from a scary movie but besides that the food was really good. They never came to ask if we needed anything or refills but it was a manageable place. Thank God their food is awesome!
EDITED: Seems they are ashamed of the look of their restaurant! They took down all my pictures except for the pictures of the food! IF YOU ARE ASHAMED OF YOUR STORE THEN PLEASE CLEAN IT UP & REMODEL A LITTLE! WITH COVID GOING ON I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID THIS DIRTY PLACE
