Placed a mobile order for a $6 drink. I asked for a cup of water and thought it wouldn’t be extra. The lame lady who was talking about me in her native language, said it’s extra and had an attitude. Definitely not getting my business in the future!

THIS is the Dunkin to go to on Ogden Ave in Hinsdale! Not sure on the man’s name who made our 4 iced coffees on Monday Aug 11, but they were the best ones we ever drank! He should get a raise and get promoted to train all the area Dunkin’s to make them exactly like that! We tried calling to let you know of your greatness, but customer service dropped our call. I am here 2 or 3 days a week. I love both managers at this location and the other employees. They know my order by heart now. An X-Large hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich of egg and white cheddar cheese on a plain bagel. Thank you ladies.
