Best pizza in Haverhill! Mediterranean is usually our go to but we tried this place today and WOW !!!! Our new fav spot! Ordered the white pizza with extra mozzarella and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Damn near 11 of 10 on that
Thin crust, not burst, lightly chewy, sauce equally parts sweet, salt, spice and tomato
Cheese excellent
Got their La Special, no topping overpowered the other ones so you could taste every single one. No excessive grease dripping from it, minimal grease on the bottom. No sogginess on this pie. Great flavor, quality pizza at a fair price.

Great pizza, but every time I order slices they always pack it like this. It causes the underside of the top slice to be all soggy and greasy. They can easily move the slice a little to avoid it. Seems like laziness to me. Really love the pizza, but service could be better.

Worst pizza. Got sausage and carmelized onion pizza and Absolutely no flavor at all.!! How does that happen? Is it frozen toppings giving no flavor? The crust had no flavor either. Wrote to them and I got NO reply at all.

I tried to place my order online to get to the end and find out the website only accepts cards, I wanted to pay cash so I called in to place my order. The young lady who answered said “I can’t find your address in my system are you sure its way and not lane” I said of course I’m sure and she proceeded to look for another 10 minutes. I continued to order my food with her and asked that my sub not be cut and that I got onions rings with my chicken. She repeated it back to me and then I had to ask how much and she told me then said 45-1hour and hung up. I got my order delivered and paid cash and tipped $8 on an $37 order and I didn’t not get onions rings and my sub was cut. When I called back to talk to her she told me she can’t help me and to call when her manager was in. So I tried the next day and did not get anyone and called again today to get whom they said was the manager and he was not helpful at all, used a lot of deflection and defensive responses and said “if you order again I’ll make sure your food is correct along with your address” and that was it. When I told him I was not happy with this interaction and I hope this doesn’t happen to other customers he said “I asked you what you wanted” I thought that was very rude and not empathetic for their mistakes. Our complex had a Christmas party with this food and I thought after trying it I’d give it a try and met a really nice man named Nick at the function, when I asked this guy to speak to Nick he told me he doesn’t work there anymore and seemed unbothered by my asking for him. I mentioned he was on Merrimack valley eats page recently and again no care and said “he doesn’t work here anymore” do you need anything else. I said “no good luck with your business and I do hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else” then he hung up.

First time ordering delivery from them was the night of trick or treating. So impressed with an on time, hot delivery of a few pizzas and calzones on what was hopefully a busy night for them. Food was all delicious too!

Sneaky staff when mistakes happen. I understand we are all human but c’mon. Wife & I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup around 6:25pm with a pickup time of 6:50pm. No issues when ordering. We arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The wife went in and paid. The young women with purple hair said they gave our pizza away by mistake. The staff informed my wife they will make us new pizzas but we will have to wait 15 minutes. The lady that got our pizzas walked back into the restaurant and picked up her correct order. My wife and I were waiting for 2 new fresh pizzas inside the restaurant when clearly the staff was too lazy to make 2 new fresh pizzas at 7pm and just reheated the pizzas the previous costumer returned. My wife heard the entire conversation between the staff. The staff members kept making hand signs at eachother. We picked up our pizzas, made sure they were the correct pizzas and got them home. Sadly it was like eating cardboard with cheese. I’ve had better frost bitten pizza from Market Basket then this. The women with the purple hair was nice enough to apologize and give us a free cookie, which the cookie wasn’t bad at all. I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes but don’t try to cover up the mistake. Instead accept it and make it right. The staff cut corners and for that you lost my business. I’ll never eat at this restaurant or recommend this pizza place to anyone. Thanks for nothing.

La Pizza Di Forno is one of me and my husband’s most favorite pizza places in Haverhill. We’ve been several times, but we were especially impressed today with our two small pizzas: cheese & pesto chicken with ricotta. Perfect for this snow day, and the service was so kind and helpful. Love this spot!

The place near the pizza oven has flies, I really think management has to improve food hygiene, flies buzzing around the cooking area is a health hazard! The pizza is good otherwise. Please check pics of flies.
