I haven’t had Papa Johns in a few years, but had a late night craving for some pizza, and I definitely made the right choice by ordering from Papa Johns, I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza with Hatch Green Chile, I also ordered Buffalo wings and a Papadia, I don’t understand all the negative reviews because this Pizza that I had was literally the best Pizza I’ve had since Chicago Pizza Kitchen, whoever is making this Pizza needs a raise 20 out of 5 stars! If you order from the location on Central it is THE BEST!!! Gary makes all of the pizzas that I have gotten( usually at night) he slays the toppings and follows directions!! I have NEVER. Been disappointed by this location!! He’s the best pizza chef Albuquerque papa johns have!! I drive 3 minutes just to get one from him and this location. My local location is yucky but Gary is the man!!!! No matter how busy they are , he has never messed up or fallen short on quality!! Trust me it’s worth it !! He deserves an award or a raise or do something!!! He’s so needs to train the others on making consistently AMAZING pizzas! The owners of this location need to recognize his commitment.

I recently received my order, and I have to say there were some positive changes. The delivery team was very apologetic about previous issues and even brought extra brownies, which was a nice touch. It’s encouraging to see them taking customer feedback seriously.
However, while this last order was delivered perfectly, there were still some bumps along the way. I appreciate their efforts and I still love the food they offer. One ongoing issue is that, despite them mentioning there’s an option to exclude the garlic cup from the pizza order in the app, it hasn’t worked for me. I’m allergic to garlic, so I always have to call them to request no garlic, which is inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent experience, but there’s still room for improvement. 3 stars.

Placed at order for delivery from one of the local hotels. My order was fine but the driver dropped it at the front desk and left without calling to let me know they had delivered the order. Eventually the PapaTrack notified me the order was delivered so I went to the front desk where I found my order, now cold. The desk staff it had been sitting there about 15min. My room and cell phone numbers were clearly printed on the box. Not great that the order was dropped at the desk, but that is going to be done the driver needs to call and communicate that to the customer. That’s part of completing the delivery.

Absolutely disgusting ordered thew there app and I clearly stated I wanted the epic crust pizza and as for my toppings to be half olives and all pepperoni. This what I got all the topping under cheese entire pizza is covered in olives and pepperoni and you wouldn’t even know about it till you pick at the cheese which is clearly melted over the toppings and sauce who the heck puts topping in between cheese and sauce! Can’t even eat this! This was not worth the $32 dollars. Contracted the store and whoever answered said “you ordered it that way” I looked back and did not order any details about this like this then I was told “we’ll make revise this and then hung up on me” it took me 4 calls to even get ahold of someone because every time they would pick up not say hello or anything then it would hang up just rude!

I always ordered pizza in same location. Today, I called three time about pizza. They told me that they would delivery for me and they told me that the driver is on way to there and they never did Even worst, they hung up on me. They did refund money back. I do not appreciate their honesty. Even worst part that manager is not helpful and I am going to order another place

I don’t know who needs to hear this but this was probably the worst pizza I have ever had . I tried to force myself to eat this because I was so hungry but I couldn’t even finish 1 slice. Took an hour to get here and they forgot to put in the sauce I ordered .The manager of this location really needs to talk to their employees.
