Just pulled in at 10:53pm and received outstanding customer service from Jae. Even though I know they’re open until 11:00 p.m. I know too that there’s nothing worse than having a very last minute customer especially in the food industry. I pulled up to the drive-thru and sincerely apologize for being such a last-minute order and Jae was absolutely fantastic told me I didn’t need to apologize they’re open till 11:00 p.m. for a reason and they serve food until 11:00 p.m. so there was no issues. That is absolutely fantastic outstanding customer service. A lot of other people would have probably complained or had some sort of negative comment or been a very unpleasant person to deal with. But Jae was absolutely fantastic greeted me with a smile said good night and thank you and food was delicious. Thanks Jae!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Amigos for over 30 years. I grew up enjoying cheesy banditos dipped in spic(e)y cheese sauce and mountain dews on an almost weekly basis. Back when they utilized the 2nd floor of their Lincoln restaurants for parties and had the 2nd drive thru lane serviced with a rickety (albeit forward thinking) tray/delivery track system. Nowadays I eat there once or twice a month or so, and it’s always an enjoyable meal. Everything comes out fresh nearly 95% of the time and always hits the spot.

Hello. I’ve been going to Amigos for years and today I decided to download the app because I saw on the giant sign as I was driving by that you could get a free combo meal by downloading the app. So I downloaded the app and ordered a chicken soft taco combo. I went to pick it up at the window and they told me I actually had to pay for the combo now because they ended the promotion that day. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years and at places with similar promotions and that has literally never been a thing. I asked if it ended today why is it still on the app and why is it on the giant sign in front of the store. They had no answer. Seems like they were just tired of making food for free and decided they weren’t going to do it anymore. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be returning to amigos again anytime soon.
