We had a 20 minute wait for our order and the restaurant was empty. They have 2 booths so we sat at one while we were waiting. They had some cool Halloween decor that my kids were admiring. The pictures above the booth had buttons on them and they light up and make noise. We touched one and were surprised so my daughter went and touched another one and it also made noise. An employee came from the kitchen to tell us not to touch the decor in the lobby…maybe don’t hang pictures with pressable buttons . She was not friendly at all. There was no one there but us and the employees. I wish I could take back my tip.

At this point, I am just completely done eating out. Tired of wasting my money. My pizza|breadstick combo was over cooked and delivered without a care. I called to ask for a refund and I was told this is how they make their pizzas & they can remake it for me. I declined. This is not how they make their pizzas and I don’t want spit in my food. I’ve read the bad reviews on this place and it seems people are unhappy with a long delivery wait… Maybe you should go pick it up then? Quit being lazy then blaming it on them when you’re the one ordering on a busy night. That’s standard.

I crave Bambino’s at least once a week, pizza, subs, and salads are all fantastic. Personal favorites are the bacon cheddar burger pizza, and the apple chicken salad. Staff is fantastic!
