Ordered 2 Caribbean jerk chicken wraps for delivery. Neither wrap had chicken. I understand mistakes happen but when I called the store to explain what I happened I could hear two people talking about how she actually put extra chicken on it and was incredibly disrespectful saying I was trying to get free food. Ordered at 10:30AM on 1/22/2026. Wish I could upload the picture of the food.

I ordered this deal which was by two smoothies get one for free apparently this store doesn’t do that deal so it’s false advertisements. I ordered a kale salad I got sweet potatoes instead, and my Acai bowl had no granola. I spent $31 on this order and it wasn’t but I wanted.

Waited over 54 minutes for an app order. So many people walked out. I already paid for 2 smoothies and a wrap, no eye contact or acknowledgement from 3 employees.this was 12:15 pm 10/26/25. Smoothies were undrinkable. Owners you are losing money on wasted ingredients, too many ingredients and lost business walking out. I love the food but the service is not worth an hour of my time.

I wanted this so bad. Your service sucked. Waited in the drive thru for 5min before I said hello is anyone there to take my order. She was rude and not polite at all. I got an acai bowl, COMPLETELY rocked solid frozen. The strawberries were bad, they were mushy and disgusting. My kids quesadilla was hard as a rock, stuck to the cardboard, it just overall SUCKED. has been great in the past with better people. Employees need to be fired before they run it in the ground.

The smoothies are great if the person making them fully blends them. The food is generally ok, but today I got the worst turkey bacon club ever. It had two of the smallest thinnest pieces of bacon I could ever imagine on it. The small corn container was maybe one third of the way full. They forgot a spoon and gave me one napkin. Good thing I decided to eat it here after I grabbed it out of the cubby or I would have had to come back. This meal is over $16 dollars and the items are not complicated. They want tips as well but I stopped tipping because of the very bad service and reactions from the employees when you ask anything. This should not happen. They are not busy. They atmosphere is ridiculous with excessively loud rap music being played by one of the employees with the rest hollering at it. I think I’m done with this place if they can’t hire better help. Two people from drive thru came in during the 15 minutes it took me to eat my food because their drive-thru items were incorrect, which is also why I no longer use the drive-thru. I would tell you what the mistake was but I couldn’t hear over the employees laughing and yelling from the back extremely loudly. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here in the past few months that I did not give a review on, hoping it would get better and that they were rare. Nope, its just how this place is now. What a sham. I eat here once or twice every week. Someone let me know if anyone intervenes and improves this place.

When I first started getting smoothies had no issues. Here recently, end of 2025 begging 2026 service has been horrible. Messed up orders, slow service, workers don’t show up and they just seem to not want to be there. I ordered three smoothies online this morning for 715 and 721 got to the store late just to give them extra time and I still had to wait and was late to work myself because they only had 1 worker who was a new guy by HIMSELF. I felt so bad for him. They just really need to get it together. I usually don’t leave reviews

This is the second time I have ordered from the tropical smoothie app. I put in my address which is around burkhardt and for some reason it takes the doordasher people all the way downtown. Then when I call tropical smoothie I just get a full voicemail. Behind p ed off.

I love the smoothies as long as they’re blended correctly! I just wish some of the staff were more friendly. They barely even acknowledge your prescience and it feels as if your an inconvenience. Also the music was so loud today I could hear it from outside of the building when I pulled up. Over stimulating for sure.

1st time here! We came around 8:30 am on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all. Drive thru was quick and easy, with nobody in line. I got a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted plain. Wasn’t my favorite as I am use to smoothie king’s.

Unfortunately, no stars is an option. Service is incredibly slow. If you have lack of workers, you shod have quicker workers to makeup the difference. Waited at drive thru window for 25 minutes and had unfortunately paid. Lesson learned don’t go here or go inside and ask for money back.
