I posted a negative review 3 years ago (below) and decide to give this store another try recently and today. It looks like not much has changed. My order arrived burned. (See photo below). Their delivery is usually on time. This time my delivery was 40 minutes late. Twice in the last week the delivery portion of the app isn’t working properly. The delivery progress on the app shows my meal is still cooking but I’m getting alerts that the delivery is on the way. I also checked the box for a 2 minute arrival alert. The little delivery car on the delivery map shows the car is still at the store but the driver showed up at my house without any 2 minute arrival alerts and 40 minutes late. The delivery didn’t show up at all on their app. Besides the burned food you can’t relie on the delivery at all. This is an ongoing problem with this store and reflects poorly on management. I’ve tried giving them second and even third chance but I’m done with them.

3 years ago: I’m seeing a big difference in the quality and amount I get of food from the Farragut location. Even if I pay for more meat, cheese, etc, I get the amount I used to get with a regular order. Also, I ordered online for delivery recently and my order was cancelled because they didn’t have a delivery driver. Definitely going downhill.
I called K _ _ E (I wont use his full name), the manager (22ish year old kid) on duty at the time. He did not seem to care about my charges and said, “There is nothing I can do, just watch your credit card. This happens a lot and it usually gets put back as a credit.” I asked him “Why does this happen a lot?” I got no answer from him. I then asked him if he would be happy paying $80 for 2 medium pizzas. Again he was stumped.
So I went there the next day and saw him in person. I figure maybe he would help me if I was standing in front of him. I admit I was upset. He told me not to be “Rude”. Yes I was upset because I run a business and don’t have 2 days to contest a charge of $80 for 2 pizzas.
He asked me if I had my receipt. I told him “No, I don’t keep my receipts for pizza.” However I did show him the charges on my credit card. I then asked him to show me HIS receipt from my purchase. Surely Dominos tracks their sales. Well he could not produce that. He once again told me there was nothing he could do.
You would think B _ _ _ N H. (won’t use his full name) who owns a couple of Domino’s stores would reach out to me and help me. Nope, nothing from him either. He was “unavailable” once again. Maybe he does not own a cell phone? No email? Maybe K _ _ E never told him about the mishap?
I will never patron this establishment again. I had to call my credit card company and have them take it off my credit card. The rep at my credit card told me, “Yes we see this a lot with Dominos.”
Hmm, makes me wonder if anyone is checking their credit card charges these days.
I did call another Dominos (who knew the owner) and that person said, “I know B_ _ _ N H. I have been with Dominos for a long time. The kids who run these places don’t have any business doing what they do. I understand your frustration.”
So I got more information and respect from another Dominos where as this one does not really give a rat’s……
It’s sad when the owner does not even seem to care about their patrons, nor does the manager/kid on duty.
Look at the reviews for this place. 3.7 is nothing to brag about, especially when all you are doing is making pizzas. Really hard I guess. “Do you want pepperoni on that pizza?” Again just kids most of the time working for $12/hour I can’t blame them I guess.
Lots of complaints here. I am just adding to the list of them. Thanks to the owner for caring and thanks K_ _ E. As I mentioned when I left, “Learn a little bit if customer service why don’t ya?”
Again a blank stare.
But the delivery guy come in 1 hour and 20mnt
The pizza was verry bad and get cold
Very bad experience
