First time coming thru and the experience was top-tier. Right from the start, Thomas and Nathaniel’s welcoming personality made my first time having the Flip ‘n Patties even better. They were both very communicative to make sure everything was right. Their speed of service was great too. Plenty of seating also. I highly recommend trying them out. 5-Stars, for sure!

Authentic Filipino burgers. The menu was easy to read and I like that not only were items listed on the menu, but there were also small frames which included a PICTURE and NAME of the item of interest. It was a nice touch for those unfamiliar with Filipino food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was tasty and freshly made. The prices were in line with portion sizes, which was great to see. I will definitely return to try other menu items.

The food here is phenomenal, that’s not the problem. It was the service I got. My food was supposed to be ready at 4pm. My partner had placed the to-go order, I was picking it up. I arrived at 4:30pm and my food hadn’t even been bagged. And it took the guy behind the counter a couple minutes to walk over to me. I didn’t realize there weren’t two burgers in here until I got home. At least it’s cut in half already so I could share it with my partner.
Tried to call but it was too close to closing I guess. So I’m leaving this review.

This time I took out. I was greeted warmly and it was a pleasurable experience. I ordered the Flippinadas and they were great as always. I ordered the Jabori burger wand classic fries all were great. I love this place and yes it’s 1 mile from my house which works out fine.

The food was worth the 3 block walk, in heels, through downtown Houston. Fries are an entire meal. But the boneless wings were amazing too. The burgers are ginormous. Not even the most big backed man can eat the burger and fries. The service was less welcoming. Not really the southern hospitality I would expect but it was fine, they were not rude just straight faced and to the point.

Terrible service! Waited for longer than an hour to finally decide to leave. They gave us the food for free. but it was embarrassing as I had invited a guest. This had never occurred before. I had to refill my own drink. I want to support the neighbors, but service needs to be improved. .

Really enjoyed our first trip to this restaurant. We tried the flip-n-patty burger, Amboy, a simple build your own burger for the kids, and a flip-n-fries. All the food was excellent including the bread, the meat, and the sauces. The fries in particular were exceptional. They were large natural cut fries which were fried to a perfect crispness. They included shredded meat and a spicy sauce on top that was really delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was great and friendly. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

staff was kind and helped me understand their menu(as there are alot of choices).burger beef was amazing along with the fries. I am not sure what type of bun it was served in as it was very squishy and breaking apart from the burger juices(tasty regardless,but hard to eat). Great taste,but the reason i am giving it a 4 star is that it was expensive.

Burgers cooked to order. Medium rare was red throughout. One in our party thought it was closer to rare. Medium was medium well done. I enjoyed the lumpia that came with my burger. Restaurant is clean and well maintained .
Beers on offer mostly Carbaughs products with one Saint Arnold’s and San Miguel.
We all thought the unicorn on the wall above the bar was some kind of woodpecker or horse chicken.

This was the best burger I ever had. I got the flip n pattie and it was so good! The food court was quiet on a Sunday afternoon. the fries were also crispy and delicious.
