I just want to give a huge shoutout to Bre at South County Hot. She has been unbelievably kind and welcoming every single time I’ve come in. To be honest, in the past I’ve often been met with a lot of attitude and felt treated pretty poorly by some of the bartenders here, which made me hesitant to come back.
Bre, however, has completely changed that experience for me. She is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Her energy is refreshing and exactly what customer service should be. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t keep coming back.
Thank you, Bre, for being the absolute best and for making such a positive difference.

I’ve been a patron of this establishment since the day they opened. I have never had bad service or food. This place is great. Especially the manager Taylor. So attentive and her attention to detail is unmatched. I will definitely continue to spend my money here.

Came from out of town, first time. Had a work social event here. They were accommodating for our large group and set us up in a “cove” area. Scantily clad staff was friendly and worked hard. They were busy so we had to track down the waitress to order (not a big deal though). Fairly extensive variety of menu selections. Food was standard bar staples (burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizza). Probably a good spot to hang, get a couple appetizers, and watch a football game. Nice staff that works hard.

Honestly I wouldn’t know how the food or drinks were. My wife and I went and sat ourselves as directed, then watched for 20 plus minutes as every other table was served. Apparently the only way to get service was to be a close personal friend of a waitress. Ended up getting up and leaving without a word from the staff. Worst service Ive ever had at any food or drink establishment, definitely won’t be returning and will spread the word that you expect to be treated like trash

We had a last minute large group and South County Hot Shotz took us in with a reserved section once we arrived. The server was Lauren who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING she was on it! She stayed focused on all of our every needs and made our visit exceptionally great! We highly recommend this location for any gatherings where your treated great!

Worked with Tom & Justin to host my husbands surprise 60th bday party! They both were very easy to work with & to communicate with prior to the event. We had approximately 70 guests. They gave us plenty of room with our own servers. Food was delicious! They had tables set up for our desserts & gifts. Atmosphere was fun & clean & smoke free! We will be back!

Came in the catch the Tuesday hockey games and was treated absolutely like family would recommend anyone to come in and bring friends and family for a great night. Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She was delightful as a bartender. Will definitely be back.

Ordered white monster as the green makes me sick, waitress brought green, didn’t check on us, had to flag her down to order food then dropped the bill without a word. Very disappointed and aggravated about paying six dollars for a drink I couldn’t drink with no way to get it corrected as the waitress had no intention of coming back, waited 20 minutes for her to return.
Plus music too loud to even talk.
Upon returning home and opening our buffalo chicken dip we were given a half portion and charged the full amount. When we called a manager refused to speak to us claiming they were too busy, well, no you weren’t, we had left less than five minutes ago and less than half, more like a quarter, of your lot was full. Totally unacceptable.
