Worst pizza ever made. Ordered the pizza with extra cheese. Picked it up. Got back to work. Absolutely no meat on the pizza. Barely any cheese thought maybe the meat could be under the cheese. Ate a couple slices call them. Brought the pizza back and they told me that next time I have to bring the whole pizza back. When I told him I was like I thought the cheese would be underneath the meat since I ordered extra cheese they said absolutely not. What a waste. What a joke. Never order a pizza from this place. Again. Absolutely horrible

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:02pm, and the app said it would take 30-40 minutes. After over an hour of waiting for my delivery that had not yet arrived I decided to drive myself up there. They had just finished cooking my pizza at 7:10, over an hour after ordering, it was just finished cooking! Don’t order from here. It will say 30-40 minutes, they’ll take an hour just to cook the pizza, and another 40 minutes to deliver. No one should ever have to wait an hour and 40 minutes for a pizza!!!

Waited 40 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready to get a pan of cheese dip with barely anything in it and had to scrape with a knife to get the hardened cheese off the pan, a Cold but Burnt pepperoni pizza, a fresh philly steak but with HUGE bubbles that meant half the pizza was barren and void of any toppings, both pizza were not cut through the crust. Order showed up 45 mins later than it said, even after posting it was “delivered”. When calling to ask about the order, the “managers” hung up the phone. This was back and forth between Belton and grandview locations. Do not order from these locations if you’re wanting it within 45 mins of the time they say. “Manager” of Belton location just passed phone on to someone else saying they were the manager before setting the phone on the counter for a few minutes before just hanging up. Close these locations based on the employees.

So Bad! Both our pizzas had the wrong toppings( pepperoni instead of pineapple) the salad was 2 days expired!!! on top of that they didn’t answer their phone for 35min!!! how is any of this okay?
next day update: did they fix everything kind of yes they did replace the messed up pizzas and the rotten salad but only after 35min of not answering their phone/ being on hold. so I’m not going to change my star rating because most people would have given up way before then and that salad Never should have gone out.

Update 04/25: been waiting over half an hour for 2 simple pizzas to get done and asked what’s going on and was told 3 employees quit today and it’s just him working and he hadn’t even started mine almost 40 mins later. Totally unacceptable, should’ve told me that the 1st time I walked in 20 mins ago and not just now.
Update 06/13: ordered 2 large pizzas online and was given 2 mediums with the excuse that they ran out of large boxes and had to use medium boxes instead. I’m no rocket scientist but how the hell would you fit a large pizza into a medium box when a large is bigger? Same way I’m a size 16 and don’t fit in a 12 cause it’s not possible. They said they’d make it right and I expected to receive a large and instead was given yet another medium pizza. I just took it cause didn’t have time to wait all day for the 3rd time to be the charm and maybe be the right size I paid for and figured 3 mediums equal 2 larges which is what I paid for so oh well. Keep an eye out cause we’re getting finessed left and right by greedy companies that think we’re dumb and won’t notice we’re being ripped off.

I was charged 19.72 for a large one topping pizza thought she said $9 didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt go to pick my pizza up and here the same employee say a large one topping is 9.99 to a different customer so I knew then I wasn’t tripping… and magically when I purchased my pizza she said they couldn’t run my card through the machine had to type it in manually. Now I have a receipt that just says the amount I was charged and not even what I was charged for some type of scam is going on needs to be investigated ASAP!!!!!! Must be scamming tips beware

Ordered last night 4/21. Said online pizzas would be done in 21-31 minutes. Went up 30 minutes later, they claimed they hadn’t even started on my pizzas yet and it’d be another 30 minutes. Went in 30 minutes later, same story. And hour and a half later the pizzas were finally done. Got the pizzas home and they weren’t even cut. The guys in there were super rude. Asked how they were going to compensate me, because this is totally unacceptable, and they walked away in the middle of me talking to them. Probably won’t be going back.
