This location does not have a drive through, walk in only. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Service can be a little slow and depending on the time of day staffing can be short. Overall, not bad. I have been here several times on different days of the week and different times of day and my experience has been consistent.

This is the second time my husband and I purchased a half dozen box of donuts. Once via the Dunkin app and this time using UberEats. I was hopeful this time around they would have removed the unavailable items from the selection. But after speaking with a team member to confirm, they accepted the order knowing it’s unavailable. I attempted to contact UberEats, but if I were to cancel on my end I would be charged for a cancellation fee. Overall horrible customer service as I am paying for an unwanted order. When I worked in the Dunkin at Oakgrove, I at least contacted the customer first if we couldn’t complete the order to their specifications and offer to cancel or substitute the item.

This is one of the worst Dunkins I have been to. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house.
Order early and food/drinks are almost never ready in reasonable amount of time.
Today we ordered a muffin—just a muffin— over ten minutes before we arrived and it still wasn’t ready when we got there. While I understand making hot sandwiches or coffee can be delayed, a single pre-made muffin should not take this long.
Unfortunately I’ll continue to patron this location, but I’ll be sending as much of my business to the Starbucks up the road as possible.

This location is making a huge mistake by only having one employee. When ever i walk into this location there is a long line with one employee trying to make the food and run the register. No wonder there is always a new employee every other month, this location cant seem to keep them. Almost every time i go the drink is made incorrectly , food is over cooked, items missing from the order. Ive tried to give it a fighting chance over and over, but it to the point where enough is enough. Im paying $25 for two drinks two sandwiches and two hashbrowns….. only to have some food items missing. Do better.

This used to be our favorite location until a newer one opened up elsewhere. Tried it for an old fashioned donut and small de-caff. Coff served a bit cold. Otherwise good service. They do give a senior discount which the other newer franchise does not.

Over 30 minutes to make one medium coffee. This used to be the best Dunkin in Ashburn. Service is now SUPER slow and very often wrong.

I visited many Dunkin Donuts and this is farmost the largest Dunkin Donuts I’ve encountered. The girls are very nice. Great personality, good customer service skills. Very clean. SORRY I still call it Dunkin Donuts and probably will not stop.

Friendly staff! My tea and espresso was good abs made promptly. They are a little under staffed and there are no condiments out but otherwise, a typical Dunkin, like you would expect.

They truly make my day!
This Dunkin’ is part of my daily routine, and honestly, it’s one of the best parts of my morning. The team here is always so welcoming and upbeat—it’s like a burst of positive energy first thing in the day. My coffee is always spot on, and they somehow manage to make it taste just right every time. Whether I’m picking up a mobile or in store order, the service is quick, smooth, and always with a smile. It might just be coffee and breakfast, but the way they do it really makes a difference. Huge thanks to the whole crew—you all make my mornings better!

Outrage is all I can say. I went to this location this morning to pick-up breakfast and after placing my order, I stood at the pick-up line. The woman behind the counter was watching me ardently and I began to feel very uncomfortable as I was chatting with a crush on my cellphone. Next, she comes from behind the counter asking me what I was doing and reaching for my phone to see what I was doing. She was asking if I was taking pictures. I was just chatting quietly with my friend, but I felt as though I was being harassed (interrogated) for chatting away (quietly) while waiting for my order. I politely asked her what she was doing and she waked back behind the counter withoutan apology. I have never felt so embarrassed because of her actions in the store. To make things worse, they gave me half my order and I asked again politely where my other items of my order were – and they kept me waiting a couple of minutes longer to get two Donuts. Well,I advise anyone coming here to hold your phones tightly or the Dunkin Donuts Gestapo will try to check your phone to see what activities you’re conducting on your phone. I can’t believe it’s come down to this – that a store would permit an employee to behave like this. I will not be visiting this location ever again, I feel the next time I’ll have to present my papers to prove I am a citizen.
