Going to be as unbiased as possible since I’m having a bad day to start but I got two coffees and one appeared to be mixed already. So I tasted it and there was so flavoring, this is the third time this has happened and the first time I went back in to correct it since I’m usually on a tight schedule. I went back in and the drink was “fixed” except when the foam settled there was about a 2 inches less off my drink and there was maybe and I mean maybe a pinch of oat milk . Anyway the nice worker gave me a “$5” Starbucks card and I later noticed the receipt that came with it said $4 lol. Seems like they just can’t get things right. I’ll have to go back to my old location. Two starts for the nice staff and the smiles though.

Small location right next door to Chipotle. Parking isn’t ideal unless your in the area for another reason. Have to pay for parking otherwise. There’s meter parking and a parking ramp across the street.

I’m super disappointed with my order today. The bacon was raw and undercooked, which is totally unacceptable. On top of that, I ordered a blended caramel frappe and received a hot drink instead. Seriously? I spent a lot of money, and this is what I get? You guys need to pay more attention to detail and get the orders right. Do better!

Accused me of loitering 7 times over the span of 45 minutes while I was waiting for my date that was running late due to engine trouble. I showed them the texts telling them to back off I plan on getting something with my date but they weren’t having it and kept telling me there’s a no loitering company policy, so when she showed up, no tip for them and a 1 star review. Not recommended if you have to wait for someone who’s running late.

The Keurig-style single cup coffee maker has replaced actual drip coffee. It’s very watery and weak, tastes pretty bad. The servers are friendly.

Went to the Starbucks this morning to get an iced chai latte and a salted caramel cold foam with extra foam. I watched the lady this morning make my drink after I specifically asked for extra foam. She filled the cup up completely with coffee with no room for foam I. I then asked if she can pour some of the coffee out so that I could get the extra foam requested, she then got very passive aggressive in her multiple responses to me after just asking to remove a bit of coffee from the cup, Not to mention the ice chai tea was not what it was supposed to be nor did it have foam. The male employee is beyond professional every morning at this location, so this the first time I’ve had to be helped by her.

Vanessa was by far, the most experienced and friendly bartender I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. Completely professional and friendly. She deserves every accolade possible in her field. I wish she was located closer to my hometown. She was amazing!
