Absolutely the worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. Our order was completely wrong, and when we politely asked to have it corrected, the employee was dismissive and acted as if we were trying to get free food instead of simply asking for what we paid for. There was no apology and no accountability. In the end, we still did not receive the correct order. This location is a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I stopped at this Dunkin’ location this morning because it was convenient to a meeting nearby and planned to sit inside and use the WiFi while I worked. Since I’d be using their space, I placed an order through the self-service kiosk (the only ordering option available) for a coffee and took a seat. I don’t recall being asked if I needed a receipt, but I didn’t receive one.

After waiting around 10 minutes, I went up to ask about my order, and this is where things went downhill. The employee at the counter, Maria, responded in a noticeably rude and aggressive manner. She immediately demanded my name, pointed to the line of printed order tickets, and insisted that since mine wasn’t there, I must not have ordered. Her tone felt dismissive and condescending.

Wanting to confirm, I checked my banking app and saw a pending transaction for $3.50. When I showed it to her, she became even more hostile, saying it was “between me and my bank” and that “she didn’t know how my bank worked, but it says pending so there’s a problem.” I tried explaining that card purchases typically show as pending before posting, but she didn’t seem interested in resolving the situation and made it clear she didn’t know what I expected her to do.

I left frustrated, shocked by how unnecessarily adversarial the interaction was. Mistakes happen, but respectful communication goes a long way. Based on this experience alone, I won’t be returning and would advise others to consider a different location.

Refused me my app awarded free donut. They claimed that vanilla long Johns aren’t included, however clearly in the app menu they are listed as a 300 point reward. I get a vanilla long John as my free donut every time, at every location. I went to the next closest Dunkin and asked them and they told me I am correct. Avoid this location.

I gotta say, this is not a reflection on the employees, they were kind people.

I saw the drive thru was crowded so I felt it would be better to walk in . There was no one at the front taking order because there was a digital kiosk taking orders instead. The kiosk is not easy to navigate.

I like my simple black coffee and an old fashion. I couldn’t find it! There was another customer trying to navigate it before and he left out of frustration.

To the managers, the people hate the kiosk. Open a vending machine instead if that’s your best way to manage customers.

So sick of paying $5 for a coffee that’s almost always wrong. Ordered from another Dunkin’, got the wrong drink, made it 30 minutes down the road, and they wouldn’t remake it. One lady said no, but then had to ask another lady, then the other lady said no probably not. What the heck? Is it a policy not to fix bad Dunkin drinks or did they just not feel like it? Whack. Last time I’ll be in a Dunkin’ ever.

Manager working at 10:45 am 9/24/25 is not friendly. Tasted sugar in a drink I specially requested no sugar. Became hostile as if I had made the mistake. Instead of trying to provide customer service she became defensive.

A simple, “Sorry about that is what was needed.”

They put cream in my coffee even though I said I wanted it black and then said they have a camera recording me and that I definitely said cream. I only drink black coffee. So rude!

When I got home I had to leave a review because this location just made me the best iced coffee of my life. YUM! Every time I go here, they are so sweet. I’m sad I keep forgetting to get his name, but one man in particular (freckles!) who works here always greets me by name and is SO kind. He just radiates positive energy; puts a smile on my face every visit. I go into an office nearby 1x/month and my treat of going to this Dunkin is always what I look forward to!

I don’t know where to start with this…
I submitted an on the go order through my dunkin app and ordered a large pumpkin cold foam cold brew with espresso and two bacon avocado toasts. The employee at the drive thru was short but that wasn’t even what bothered me most. My coffee had NO cold foam (see photo) and definitely no espresso shot. It tasted like a bitter alcoholic drink to be honest. If I am paying $5 for a specialty coffee it needs to be right. On top of that, one of the boxes of my avocado toast looked like it had been sitting in something previously spilled and then dried….totally unsanitary for food safety and the bacon toast was hardly topped with even a full slice of bacon.

Multiple store locations is both a convenience and disappointment at the same time. There needs to be consistency of product delivery. This experience was overall awful. Will NOT be returning to this location.
