I found Fuji randomly on Doordash and decided to give it a try because I LOVE ramen. The nearest place I was aware of is in Canton. I am so glad I did. Everything I tried was incredible! I am so picky about overcooked noodles and even via delivery, these were perfect. I truly cannot speak highly enough and will be returning regularly. It’s also a really great price and good portions.

Glad the T-County area added a new Japanese place with options that don’t overlap the traditional.
On my first takeout order, I got a sampler of a lot of the Dim Sum options: seaweed salad, curried fish balls, custard buns, scallion pancakes. In addition, Dad ordered a set of the sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken. The format factor is not the standard massive drumsticks you may be used to getting at other restaurants, they’re closer to chicken wings with the normal Korean wing batter.
The Karaage Bao buns were quite stellar, I look forward to trying the Pork ones on my next time.

This place has great food. And I mean incredible takeout ramen. But that may be the only thing I was sad about. Not being able to sit down and eat. The staff is quick, super friendly, and deliver a truly unique experience. I tried a few things. Bao buns, ramen and Chicken Karagee. And I have to say, I was super happy with all three of them.

Very good authentic ramen. Worth what you pay! Prices are very fair! Has great texture and flavors and the presentation especially for carry out is pretty amazing with no spill bowl and how they lay the different fillings together like as if it were iron chef presentation. Absolutely and the owners are very friendly! Let your friends and family know about this place! If you ever wanted to satisfy your authentic ramen curiosity this is the place to do so! Highly recommended!

Amazing food! The staff was so friendly and helpful with the menu, and they’re doing a wonderful job their first few weeks open! We had the Fuji Chicken Ramen and the Spicy Chicken Ramen and both were flavorful and the spicy chicken had a great kick to it! Very excited to continue to support them!

Finally ramen in this town. I got the spicy chicken ramen, got an extra egg and some pork chashu as extras for fun. They don’t mean American spicy by the way, it’s actually hot! The broth is rich, noodles yummy, the eggs were amazing and jammy in the middle, bean sprouts fresh and crunchy, the chicken was cooked beautifully, and the pork was crispy around the edges and delicious. Also got to try the Fuji tonkostu ramen. Pork, egg, noodles the same and yummy. The broth was equally delicious.
The takoyaki is DELICIOUS and flavorful. Harumaki are delicious, pork bun soooo yummy, chicken karaage yummy and the sauce you dip it in was also good.
