The BBQ wings were noticeably much colder and soggier than the Korean wings so we assume they were sitting out for quite a while before being served to us…the texture was pretty gross so did not get eaten. One of the Korean wings was a large piece of breading so we really only received 7 wings.
First of all the wait, 25 minutes, but the chicken isn’t fresh, it is frozen. The breading was so thick and hard, the sauce made it kinda soggy on the outer most part, but 1/2 breading , 1/2 chicken isn’t a very good ratio. The piece of actual chicken about the size of a thumb nail.
The 6 piece and 8 piece boneless wings came in separate cartons, (pictures attached) and was just a mess. They were also cold like they had been sitting out for 25 minutes. If they had been edible, they were so small, the size of a bottle cap. Just a plain rip off. Crappy food and hardly any of it.
The fries were cold, over cooked, greasy and inedible. We each ate one to see and it was like chewing old cold cooking oil with lots of salt.
There were at least 7 or 8 employees working, so can’t be sure why the time to get the food was so long, why it was cold or why the fries were like they were. They all were just standing around BSing. Only guess is no training or they just didn’t care. The chicken itself is just bad, so that’s on whom ever decided it would be a good item to use.
All in all zero stars is what is deserved here, recommend going to Ya Ya’s if you want chicken. I would avoid wing stop and not waste your money, hopefully this place will close soon and we can get a nice restaurant to replace it.
My husband was impressed with the brownies. He’s usually super picky, along with our kiddo. He ate all of his food and we shared the fries. They’re soooo good and addicting. The ranch is on point too.
Wishing her the best at the new location – she deserves it.
What made it worse was the lack of proper compensation. The “solutions” offered were inconvenient, time-wasting, and did nothing to make up for repeatedly getting our order wrong. After paying full price, we shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to correct their mistakes.
The biggest disappointment was the so-called “manager” Courtney at the GB location. Her customer service skills were disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, she acted as if we were the problem for expecting our order to be correct and reasonably compensated. The manager that DID know the situation (Jenah*) was more professional and tried to make things right but wasn’t much help.
Customer service matters. Accuracy matters. Respect matters. Unfortunately, Wingstop failed in all three. We won’t be giving them a fifth chance.
