Decided to try Jimmy John’s because they advertised the New option to Toast subs. After ordering and Paying for my food, the guy making it tells me he WON’T toast my sandwich (and Not because the toaster is broken or anything like that) and when i asked Why he got/gave me Major attitude‼️…Of course when i then asked to speak with a manager HE [supposedly] Was the manager.
Never going back there again.

We hurried there, but we got there 23 minutes before they close. Nice young man was making my three subs and then the drive-through guy comes over and starts trying to hurry him up and he’s gonna help him and starts handling the sub with no gloves and he’s working the drive-through and I saw him take money And then I said something and then he’s loud and argumentative so I told him just to keep the subs and I wasn’t going to even attempt to get a refund because he was argumentative when I nicely said please I don’t want that sub because you’re making it without any gloves on and you just worked the drive through.
So with a 10% tip and $31 then we get to go home with no subs because you couldn’t pay me to eat it there now

Jimmy John’s commercials always brag about being strict with their delivery zones — if you’re just a few steps outside, no delivery. I get it, rules are rules.
But when I showed up at 8:50 p.m., I was told the store was closed and that they were already deep cleaning the oven. The posted hours say they close at 9. If you can be strict about delivery boundaries, you should also be strict about your own closing time. Open until 9 should mean open until 9 — not shutting down 10 minutes early.

Average. Not a place you want to sit and have your lunch. Ingredients pretty basic. Nothing sets apart from any other chain. It’s ok if you want a quick sandwich for lunch

I got a good one for you. Today’s order was a free order because the previous time they gave us subs with almost no meat. My colleague here orders from them twice the week every week. So this week we get the free food and they get lost and take it somewhere else. And the funny thing is she confirm my address. All I can do is shake my head. It’s more like freaky confused then freaky fast. I’d rather the food be right and come late then the food be wrong and come fast.

Decided to give them a second chance and once more a disaster. Add Italian dressing to the subs and it looks like they tried to make it a French dip. We Order the subs with double meat and no meat on it. I give up.

I had a very positive experience here with an employee Julie. She was very friendly and personable. She went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. The sandwiches were great and were exactly what I ordered. My family and I will be coming to this location from now on. I recommend to anyone that is in the mood for a sandwich to come here.

I got the Jimmy Cubano and they put one slice of meat on it. They also forgot to add the pickles. This sandwich is not worth $8. Check your sandwich before you leave so you can complain to them about it.

I normally go through the drive thru which is awesome because they are truly freaky fast. Today we went inside and it was my husbands first time eating jimmy johns. He loved it! The guys there are prefessional and super fast at sandwich making. Great tasty sanwiches and fast service, what could be better?
