Found this gem of a restaurant today! The atmosphere was very cool! From the greeting when we walked in, to the amazing waitress who knew everything about the menu, the service was superb! My locally sourced NY strip was huge and delicious! My wife’s scallops and shrimp with risotto was phenomenal! We’ll definitely be back!

Food is good, not sure it’s worth the price though. Or the entrees should at least come with a soup or salad. $41 for an entree without a salad is a bit nuts. But that’s just my opinion. Service is excellent, food is good.

We made reservations two days ahead of time. We drove 55 mins. We were promptly on time. We were asked to “wait until their 6 o’clock tables settled”. We stood and waited about 12 minutes to be seated. When the waitress came for drinks we asked if it was alright for us to order to which she replied, “no, it’s actually not ok, I need to get the order from this other table (a party of 6) first.” She then went to that table to take their order. We knew that it would be quite a wait for dinner after the kitchen had an order for six in front of us so we left. It wasn’t just a bad experience, it was the way things were communicated (poorly). We were treated like we were an inconvenience for them. If I were running the restaurant and I was going to need to keep a party waiting, I would have been honest and told them it’s going to be 15-20 minutes before we can seat you, please enjoy a cocktail of your choice on us. Just being empathetic to the customer and treating them like a guest makes all the difference.

Best restaurant experience ever. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and super nice staff. They bake their dinner bread in little flower pots. How charming. It was so good dipped in garlic infused olive oil and the whipped butter was amazing. I’m very cynical when it comes to restaurants and their food is the BEST. My new favorite restaurant.

My family did take out and LOVED EVERYTHING!! We ordered the following…
Duck entree – fantastic, prepared perfect
Filet – 2 perfect little pieces cooked mid rare as requested
Salmon – lump crab meat!!! yum….and the leeks were awesome
Shrimp/Scallops – best risotto I have ever tasted!!
Mussels – the size of my thumb and delicious!!!
This place is awesome and in-house service is great as well. It is a little off the beaten path but totally worth the few extra (scenic) miles. The restaurant is small, perfect for a special occasion, but can certainly handle a larger get together. The staff and chef will make sure you have a wonderful meal.

I thought the service was great. My steak was very tough. My friends pork tenderloin was tough as well. Very expensive for food that is not that great. 39 dollars for a steak that wasn’t very good. We won’t go back.

Have gone here for years. This iteration is the best ever! Looking forward to my next visit to the area!
