I’m not usually one to complain and leave a bad review, but after calling the store about the driest pizza I’ve ever received, I have to leave one. I was put on the phone with an assistant GM who stated unfortunately there’s nothing they can do after I ordered a pizza with no sauce and EXTRA cheese (which is what I always order) and it barely has any cheese, it’s mostly just bread. He stated he and the GM have been checking the quality of pizzas all day, and I think they need to do better. I told him I always get the same thing and it’s never like this, I don’t even want to eat what I received. The customer service was poor coming from someone who does it on the daily at my own job. Was expecting more from somewhere I spend my money often. I wasted my time and money when it could have been an easy fix. Truly disappointed.

I should have rated and reviewed sooner but I was so busy I couldn’t get to it soon enough, so here it is! On 8-16-2024, Friday around 9:30 p.m. me and my husband stopped by for the first time at this location. We ordered 2 pizzas – epic stuffed crust pizzas, 1 sausage, 1pepperoni and 4 extra garlic butter cups – simple right? Wrong… first when we got home with the pizzas the pizza box was super soaked with grease on bottom of both pizzas, I know it’s common but these were sitting on a puddle of this stuff! 1 of the garlic cups was busted open halfway, causing a mess! Both pizzas had bland taste- not fresh or good right taste that we experienced at other locations. Pizzas were not well done as we specified online when we ordered also. Pizza slices were so flimsy from sitting on so much grease or whatever was under the pizzas that the slices drooped straight down when held up! All together with the quality, appearance and taste – it was all terrible! So unfortunate for us as this was our first time ordering from this location, this will be our last! Seriously! We love papa Johns but stay away from this particular location! If this is the quality of the pizzas on a Friday night your better off going elsewhere or perhaps another franchise in another town! Trust me you will not waste your $31 bucks!

I haven’t had Papa John’s in quite a while. It was easy online ordering. A bit expensive but the flavor was good. The downside to this pizza and it could have been the location so not completely sure, but the pizza crust beyond the outside crust was really thin and you would need a knife and fork to eat it. Not what you should expect from a pizza.

I ordered my pizza for a specific time and got there early, not expecting it to be done, but they went above and beyond my expectations. I felt bad because I didn’t want them to be or feel rushed since they were rather busy, with it being a late Friday afternoon. And despite that, they fulfilled my order and got me out the door in a timely manner and they didn’t give me any kind of attitude. And my pizza tasted so good that I almost wanted to eat the box too, but I didn’t… or did I?

Awful customer service. We ordered Papa John’s this evening. Very simple order…cheese pizza, breadsticks, and a brownie. $5.49 delivery fee, PJ’s page notes that this fee does not go to the delivery driver. OK, so $5 tip, that’s a total of $10.49 delivery, small town, ten minutes away. That’s fine, whatever, but $10.49 delivery should at least come with the correct order or, at the least, a professional effort to rectify any errors in an order.
So, 35 minutes later, the order arrives. No brownie. The thing is, the brownie for the kids is precisely why we chose PJ’s in the first place. I call the store to let them know that we are missing 1/3rd of our simple order. The manager solution? Get this…”you can drive to the store and pick up the brownie or we can refund the cost”. Really? Those are the options?? How about I get in the car, spend the time and 20-30 minutes round trip and pick up the brownie? How about I drive in, pick up the rest of our order, and you guys refund the cost for my time and gas and the fact that dinner is already here otherwise?
Seemed the appropriate, professional, obvious thing to do. The manager…”I can’t give you a free brownie”. A “free” brownie? The guy actually said a “free” brownie!! I explained that nothing was free, we placed an order, 1/3rd of it is missing, you want me to wait on dinner and drive to the store and then charge me full-price because you guys can’t get a three-item order correct?
Since that fell on deaf ears, I then suggested that we just go ahead and have the brownie that I already ordered and paid for delivered to our address?? “We don’t have any drivers available right now”. This is a no-brainer, really. Be professional. I am driving to the store, passing on eating, picking up an already-cooked brownie and you think the professional thing to do is charge full-price for a brownie?

this pizza is always rushed and raw I’ve lived in the area for 9 years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good pizza from here I always dread when the kids want it. and then the prices are absolutely out the roof it’s crazy!

We ordered two pizzas and they made them both incorrectly despite having the correct order on the receipt. Also what happened to the crust? We’ve been big fans of Papa Johns for years so we are used to quality every time we come and have been disappointed the last few times. Customer service was wonderful but pizza quality has taken a huge dump.

Get a text message saying due to issues unable to leave picture of items. Call the store due to communication from driver and then told it was door dash not the store who delivered! Very unprofessional with conversation and there is always a reason they don’t leave pictures! 2 boxes turned upside down and pizza box opened! Seriously so now we have food we will not eat
