Staff was rude. Barley spoke English. I ordered extra sour cream the guy gave me a dirty look and then put a little drop more. But then had the nerve to charge me for extra sour cream. Every time I go to this Panchero’s it’s the same two women that are working there. They don’t speak any English and I’m always greated with an attitude. Every single time. When I walked in. Both women were cleaning the stoves/ovens. The woman that went to take my order did not wash her hands and never even said hello. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance but today was the last straw. Rude and disgusting staff.

Pancheros is great, this specific one is really accommodating. There was one time I dropped an item on my way to my table and they replaced it right then and there. All the workers are very nice and they always have online orders ready on time

I prefer Pancheros over the other similar restaurants in the area. The staff is always nice and yes, rarely i have experienced a mistake on my order but they always correct it. It’s a good portion of food at a good price.

I ordered tofu and they took a left over from a box under the counter and heated up tofu in front of me. I asked if they have any fresh tofu and they said no that’s all they had . I tried a bite of the tofu and it’s spoiled and they refused to refund saying that’s how they cook tofu . It was the worst food ever

So I normally order the Double Carnitas for an extra $2.5 in my burrito. It was a miniscule amount of protein…..I actually thought it was joke…kept picking thru my burrito to see if there was any meat there. This place is a definite hit or miss; sometimes it’s ok sometimes it really sucks.

I am beyond pissed at the customer service because they didn’t know how to speak English when I was ordering but knew how to just fine when they talked about me right in front of me. Overall they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not only that but I ordered my food online just for them to sit there for 20 minutes on their phones before even starting my order.
