Stopped here on my drive to the West Coast and had a great experience! Service was fast, my drink was made at the perfect temperature, and this location is definitely one of the better Starbucks. And of course, the Fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte—hands down the best!

Good beverages and decent pastries. Service is very slow, however, staff is friendly. Starbucks employees should not be illegally parking in HD Handicapped Parking or in parking spaces very close to the store. Park legally and farther away, so that the customers HD and non HD can park closer to the store.

Was completely judged by the barista at the window . First when taking our order then when we pulled up to the window . She judged us on our order giving us stares and making comments like “here food item 1/1000”. Then caught an attitude when we asked her to correct a drink we ordered. We were respectful despite the looks and the slick comments , however this just being the one of many interactions with rude employees in this specific establishment just proves the unprofessional and just make me not want to go there anymore . I came here for food I’m paying for .

Just got some coffee on a long road trip. Went to the drive thru and the barista came to the window and made sure to confirm the order for accuracy in order to get everything right. I couldn’t be more grateful. This was the perfect Starbucks experience. The cortado was spot on, flawlessly balanced. I’ve been on the road for days and haven’t had anything that good. This is the best Starbucks ever.

Ordered literally one pumpkin spice latte. One person in front of us at the drive thru who also ordered one item. Took the workers 10 minutes to even acknowledge the first person and same with us when it was our turn. Waited 20 minutes to get one item – there were 3 employees working and no customers in the store so that is insane.

I waited 15 minutes for the same drink I get at every Starbucks, A venti strawberry açaí with lemonade. Every other Starbucks i’ve been too, they make it perfectly sweet and tangy. But not this one. They didn’t fill it all the way up to the top. And it wasn’t like a milimemeter short. it was 1 and a half inches short! And one of the bathrooms was Out of order, because the lazy workers didn’t want to clean it up.

The girl at the window was too busy trying to be flirty to pay attention to me having to repeat 4 times that the drink she handed was clearly marked venti,but the cup was a grande. She wanted to pop off at the mouth. Then proceeded to blame the Barista. I dont care who is to blame. I care about who needs to correct this and learn to listen instead of being rude.

20240327 Stopped by on my way to LA. This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I have visited, and I travel all over the East Coast and am exploring the MidWest now. I have been to over 50 Starbucks. I walked in, stood at the counter for awhile… a few baristas were making drinks or doing something. No one looked at me, said anything as though I was invisible. The Caucasian young barista finally got my order, and she was unemotional, almost cold. The Black baristas didn’t even acknowledge me. The Evolution fruit amd veggie drink was good as expected. The honey citrus mint tea was on the lighter side, and it was ok, not that good. I don’t recommend coming here. Go to the next Starbucks, maybe it will be better. These baristas need to read the sign posted outside the restrooms on “Kindness”.
