Was there tonite. Ordered the 8 piece meal. Love there chicken , just wish the cole slaw had a little more juice in it. But everything was good. Also , i got there , after the 3 guys that were there ( i had placed my order ) afterwards. But mine was called first
I felt a little bad , but i think they all ordered fish and /or shrimp , so their orders take longer ( making them fresh ) some of the chicken is premade , under the warmer. But still taste great !!! 🙂

Honest review: the chicken can be a lot better. It’s crispy. But lacks spices, it’s bland. It doesn’t taste like dirty oil, and it’s not overly oily which is good. Anyway, the sides are definitely reheated pre made. The mashed potatoes are certainly dry flakes from a bag, the “gravy” is nothing like a gravy, more like a thin sauce. Fries were good, coleslaw is pre made and repackaged, probably from Costco or similar. You get Chinese food hot sauce packets (I suggest packets of honey which would be awesome with this chicken). The rolls were surprisingly good though. Overall it’s disappointing. I’ll go back for just chicken and fries, with my own spices added.

This is a solid lunch spot and their fried chicken is worth the stop. This review is based off of a take out experience.
I got the half dark chicken with fries and it the fried chicken was delicious, just the right amount of flavor. The fries were a little soggy and about average. I still consider it a good lunch option.
I’d definitely comeback again and try their other menu items.

The chicken its ok but I stopped for the gumbo not good . This had breaded shrimp n it shouldn’t have it like that. The soup was more asian then Cajun, more like a vegetable soup with out the spice of Cajun in it. I would not buy it again no flavor and made worry in my opinion and blen.

Always a local favorite. It’s been here for years and before that it was a Tastee Freeze. I prefer this place over Popeyes and the food is better and they take thier time to make it. It’s best to call since there are days where it really busy and with all that’s going on why not treat yourself and others to some fried food. Lol

This is by far one of the best chicken I’ve had in my life. The Cajun rice is made with love and so tasty! The lovely attentive service from the owner was top notch. Friendly feed at this family favourite. I highly recommend this branch for all your fried chicken, jumbo shrimp and cajun rice cravings. Will be back. Keep up the great hospitality!

This place is awesome. $45 got us 3 combo meals (chicken, side, roll) with HUGE portions and 3 drinks. Bonus points for using crushed ice in their fountain drinks! Staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to come back.
