Thought it would be quick to just order chips and cheese. Same time I placed my order it said it would be ready, well I found myself waiting over 15 minutes for just chips and cheese lol. Could easily have sent me on my way and dealt with the larger orders, now I’m going elsewhere from now on that’s funny but crazy, not mad just feel inconvenienced

I gave a 5 star for service due to a small issue with my online order and Alex went above and beyond to correct. There was an item left out of my bag and when I called to discuss he was very apologetic, offered the item and other free items on my next visit and they ALL were provided the next time I went in.
Atmosphere is a 3 because I never eat in restaurant.

Always love the food, but the service is hit or miss and the place always looks like it was last cleaned up two days ago. The soda machine is a guessing game of what will be available, so check before you order a drink in case your preferred option is out. This may be better as a carryout or delivery location for you.

The food was great and the staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was terrible. Mold, corrosion, general lack of cleanliness, and the toilet was in disrepair. It was strange because the restaurant itself was quite clean.

Everything tasted under seasoned as compared to our normal Moe’s in south riding. Also the bowls appear to be smaller? They told me the Moe’s Monday no longer included a drink which I guess we missed the memo on. Sign of the times I suppose. Service was otherwise fast, and friendly and the restaurant was clean. So no issues there.

I heard for a while how good Moe’s is… and I decided to try it out while “in the neighborhood.” First I stopped at the restroom (the women’s restroom looks like it’s been through the war. Especially because there’s no working locks on either stall). I still decided to get some dinner. It was pretty tasty but maybe not tasty or unique enough to for the bill. I think I’ll continue to frequent local Mexican establishments and Chipotle, instead of returning here.

Tasty food. Good service. However, dining room needed servicing. Trash was overflowing. One of two soda machines was broken so getting drinks involved waiting your turn at the one machine. Furnishings need some refreshing- table we sat at was rocking ( a lot!) and bench seat vinyl was worn and torn.
