I was honestly shocked when I saw MOLD on our sandwich bread. Ive been to different locations and never had that happen before, and the other sandwich we got didnt have mold. I was also so disappointed that half the soda machine was literally not working and the workers didnt tell us before buying drinks. The ladies who helped us were pretty nice when we asked a question about adding an extra meat on my sandwhich. Super unsure about coming back bc of the mold….maybe try a different location. Also spent 40 bucks on 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches (yes my husbands was super sized) and a regular fry.

Terrible!!
Which wichoffers free cookies with purchase for completing surveys. This parmer location always refuses to give that. Last week, after purchasing the sandwich, they refused to give me cookie and asked me to come later for that. This week again, they initially refused and then asked to come back another day for that. Then after waiting for 10 minutes, they give me this tiny little cookie. They had this regular cookie which is they advertise but I guess they will save it for the customers who purchase it and make this cheaper alternative to give after having customer to wait for few days.
Why do you advertise something if you don’t like to follow that !!
Never going back here again.

Store was clean and neat.
Food was not amazing but perfectly fine. Fries were wrapped in foil, to keep them hot presumably. Chocolate shakes were a bit weak in the chocolate department.
Sandwiches came out reasonably quickly. Shakes and fries came out separately from the sandwiches. Odd.
Order was correct when everything was finally collected.

I ordered almost 300 sandwich’s for my companies lunch! When placing the order the manager was extremely helpful and resourceful on what kind of sandwich’s we should get. When picking up the order they helped me pack my car and even played Tetris to get it to fit. The manager offered to deliver the boxes, I gladly declined because at this point they have done more the enough. The staffed loved it. My experience with Which Wich was a 10/10!!

I placed an online order for pickup about 20 minutes before I showed up over lunch. I want to preface my review with I used to work at which Wich for a year in Houston, TX. There was no line at this which Wich when I walked in, there were maybe 4 online orders on the belt. There were 3 people working on making sandwiches. Not a single one greeted me. I stood at the register for a couple minutes, walked down the line to see what kind of teas they had and decided I actually wanted a tea (which I did not include in my online order). A 4th worker came out from the back and came to the front register, but still didn’t greet me… He was getting gloves out of the box to help the 3 other people make sandwiches. There was only 1 other customer in the entire restaurant besides myself who had already been served. I had to ask “is anyone going to help me?” for him to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. I paid for a cookie and a regular fountain drink. I figured maybe they were still working on my sandwich on the line, even though I ordered 25 minutes ago at this point, so I went to fill up my cup first only to find the tea was straight water. Very disappointing. I, yet again, had to ask the 2 workers at the end of the line if my online order was ready and it was sitting right behind them. I told them the tea was out. In Houston, TX I worked at one of the busiest Which Wich’s in the city. We would have a line of people out the door during the time I went to this Which Wich. I would have done things entirely different than all 4 people who were working at the Parmer ln location at this time. Some of the most disappointing service I’ve ever had (or lack thereof). The sandwich also was mostly chicken and cheese and half my toppings were missed. I doubt I’ll ever return to a Which Wich again.

Spent nearly $60 on food from this location and they can’t even read a simple order. The only sandwich that was ordered hot was not toasted and the two others which were ordered cold were toasted. Making all of it inedible. They refuse to answer the phone after calling 16 times they left the phone answered on the counter instead. Then after several more call attempts someone answered and when I asked to speak to a manager they stated that they did not have one. I asked to speak to a supervisor on duty and they stated that they don’t have a supervisor on duty. Which explains a lot considering the lack of reading orders and quality control. I used to love Which Wich but never again. This location is a joke and the staff’s lack of care is flagrant and blatant. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Literally go anywhere else.

Came in on a Friday night immediately hit with the smell of weed, as soon as I came in one of the girls came out from behind the counter and put all the chairs up so no one could sit down. I completely understand it was a Friday but to rush out put all the chairs up and then just stand playing on their phone while the other worker took care of us. It was 40 mins before closing and I had not planned on staying just very rude.

Visited this location twice recently. Both times all of the beverages were out, besides Dr. Pepper. Menu states they have house chips employee stated they do not make those anymore. Both restrooms out of order and floor was dirty. Would not recommend.

Sandwich was delicious!!! Not many ppl there so not sure on atmosphere. The woman who took my order and I believe also made my sandwich was pleasant but not super inviting. She seemed to open up after the first interaction (paying for the food) she delivered the sandwich with a smile ~
