I went to get dinner before work and when walked into the store, I heard two male employees make a bet of what kind of person was going to walk in. I didn’t appreciate that, the service was absolutely horrible, and the store had a distinct smell of weed, and the place was absolutely disgusting.
I really think the higher ups needs to go into a night shift and observe their employees, especially when there’s weed involved as a safety issue.
I never been to a place where drugs are welcomed into a restaurant.
It was a manager and another male who talked like they were close and while I was waiting, they were making highly inappropriate comments and jokes.
I didn’t bother getting my money back, and I threw away my sandwich away, and I went to subway.
I rather drive all the way to Kansas for Jimmy Johns, I don’t know why this store is still open.

This JJ’s never fails to make me uncomfortable. They always act so surprised when I come through the drive through, so I decided to go inside to pick up my sandwiches this time. The guy behind the counter told me I was “putting [him] in a hole.” He had, apparently, made a bet with one of the other workers as I was walking in that I was the pickup order and he lost that bet? Very weird.
The two men then spent the whole time they were making my sandwiches talking about Subway which is where I’m probably gonna go for sandwiches for game night from now on which sucks because JJs has better food.
I don’t want them to get in trouble – it’s why I didn’t name names – because they seemed young. I just think someone needs to go over how to interact with customers with, like, the entire staff.

Employee was rude. Not even a Thank you or have a nice day. Just gave total in drive thru, took payment, and handed me an overpriced sandwich. Your employees could take some lessons from Chick-Fil-A.

I think this place is overpriced. The workers are also what ruin the experience.. They all have bad attitudes!! Also had a hair in my food. I didn’t see a single hair net.
JJ’s needs to change it to where if you forget to put in your # for rewards, you can add it later.

They did make my sandwiches very fast. I ordered the J.J. Gargantuan, because it’s supposed to be their best sandwich on the menu. It was $8.99 and was filled with meat. At first it was really good, but halfway through the sandwich, it started to have an odd taste. Also, the tomatoes was on the bottom of the sandwich which everyone with sense knows, it makes the bread soggy. Then I picked apart the sandwich and the meats didn’t taste as good as I thought, because I heard they cut the meat in store everyday. This was my first time going to Jimmy John’s and I doubt I’ll go back. Way too expensive anyway. $18 for 2 sandwiches.

I understand the pay may be low. Don’t don’t make other people’s lives miserable because you are. Gave me a 11 dollar sandwich with absolutely no meat.

My rating is for all JJ’s : What going on!?! You guys were at the top of my list 5 years ago and have been falling fast. My favorite sandwich was the #5, and it seems that your company is putting less than half of the proteins on this sandwich nowadays. I totally get it with todays cost and all, but the cost outweighs the product for me, hence the 3 star rating.
