Is it hard to put light ice on the drinks. The basically give you more ice than anything. This is not the first time that they do this. It’s been couple of times that they have done this. I’m done giving them chances. I rather go to the Dd on Grand. At least they understand what light ice means. If I really want ice on my coffee I can get it done at my house with a lot of Ice. I wish I can get a refund .

My experiences with interactions have been good, the only issue is Cappuccinos do not cost 3 dollars… It’s about y dollars for a medium. As I do understand foam is much greater some other locations I have had more of liquid content on the cup rather than end up with only HALF a cup. Just want to say…. Not everyone makes the perfect cappuccino. With in 30 minutes I had half a cup WITHOUT even drinking a drop.

These people are actually shameless, bought an iced latte from this location when I pulled up to the window the worker recognized me as a Dunkin worker at another location from a few years back. Gave me my latte I took one sip and could instantly tell that the espresso shot they put in the latte was old and has been sitting there for a while therefore making the latte EXTREMELY bitter and not coffee bitter more like charcoal bitter I asked them to remake it bc the shot is what we used to call burnt this dude who legit knows I fully worked at Dunkin, I know exactly what my drink is supposed to taste like and how long it takes to make a latte comes back 5 seconds later with a “new” latte. All he did was top off the exact same drink I gave back with regular ice coffee. They used to have great employees at this location and all of them quit now it’s a bunch of people that think they can get away with shit like this while charging 7dollars for a small drink. Save yourself the trouble time and money and go to any other location, these people are scammers. I went to a different Dunkin right after ordered the same thing and it tasted correct.

This Dunkin has been a lifesaver for us many mornings. They always make our coffee spot on the way we order it and they have plenty of snacks to choose from when we want something extra to go with the coffee. The employees have always been very helpful and are very sweet – even when we came in on a national holiday on our way out to visit family. We were staying in a nearby hotel for the week to see family in Chicago and have ordered from them many times without any issue.

Friendly and quick service and nice coffee as usual. The area is clean and have some space to sit in, though they share it with Subway.
Donuts assortment is not big but good enough for quick bite on the road.

Drive through individual was about the most disappointing experience ever at a Dunkin. Couldn’t bother to switch up the order, and had the audacity to argue. Canceled the order. Avoid this place.

Not even worth coming here anymore starting a few weeks ago. The people they have working now don’t listen or can’t be bothered. Take this photo for example. Was supposed to be lightly toasted. Heads up Dunkin if it turns black it is burnt not toasted. On top of that the last several times I have gone here inaccurate orders. Ask for everything bagels each time even after confirming guy gave me plain bagels. Ask for hashbrowns crispy? Get soggy most the time. Heck one time when I pointed out they burnt the bagels the guy put the now burnt bagels back with the fresh untoasted ones. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.

Not a bad place to stop if you’re in a rush near the airport. The cinnamon raisin bagel was okay. They mixed up our cold brew orders and put the same amount of cream and sugar in both, when one was supposed to be black.

At the current cost of donuts to get rock hard one is very disappointing! And going through the drive-through not really easy to get back around. In the guy said he clicked my app for the points and of course he didn’t. If you like surprises, this is a great place to go to. If you’re boring, and you just want your coffee and fresh donuts stay away!!
