Waited over 2 hours for a slightly larger than normal food order (two people worth of food). Got attitude for simply asking about the order. Not even short staffed. Manager at front plus 5 front end workers plus people in the back. Admitted they forgot my order 1 hour in, I was kind and said okay while they told me it would only be a little longer. Another 40 minutes goes by and I ask again when I get even more attitude and told me to wait. When I finally got my order they didn’t say sorry or offer me anything in return. Messed up my order too. Not even busy, decent amount of people but mostly because they were backed up and waiting for long periods of time. Not my first time waiting over an hour for this food.

It’s either hit or miss if your food comes out at a reasonable time. If you go earlier in the day, you have better luck getting something and maybe getting to your next class on time. If you go at night once everything else is closed, you aren’t getting your food–which sucks as someone with night classes. This has been a consistent problem since they’ve opened. Understaffed, under-trained, massive rushes, and in a very small area. I waited an hour for 12 nuggets and a fry once (ordered at 5pm, got at 6pm) and was late to my night class. It wasn’t until I told one of the workers that I had to leave and just cancel the order that I actually got my food. And yes, I did bring this up to someone else earlier and got brushed off (I worked in the food industry, I know the look they gave each other). Oh, and always check your bag before you leave because there’s a good chance that something’s wrong.
However, the workers that do care are very nice and try their best despite being stressed and overwhelmed.
I give this Chick-fil-a 3 stars because of the few good encounters that I’ve had and because the food is decent. Don’t go if you want a quick meal and don’t have high expectations. Also, don’t give the workers a hard time because–lets be honest–Millersville is the one causing these problems with how they’ve set everything up. They shouldn’t have made Chick-fil-a the only food place open after 6:30-7:30 pm that isn’t Evergreen.

It takes around an hour to get your food on a pretty regular basis and the people calling names will sometimes speak at a whisper so no one can tell when their food is ready.
Plus you’ll get your drink watered down by the time it gets to you because they just sit in the back until your food is ready.

No matter if they’re busy or not, something about your order will be wrong or missing. I got 3 salads recently, one had normal nuggets instead of grilled ones, the second had no dressing, and the third had no toppings, dressing, or utensils. Very disappointing.
This also doesn’t even include the hour long wait for your food. If you want Chick-fil-A past 5:00, you’re going to wait an hour. And then you’ll have to push past the crowd that stands where you pick up your food, and then flag an employee down so they can fix your order. Very unfortunate.

If they’re gonna add a chicfila on campus, at least get the wait time down from 1-2 hours to at most 15 minutes. There are always students crowded around waiting for their order, in which 1 order is called every 2 minutes.
Sometimes it seems like the workers in there dont really care about getting orders out on time which should be crucial at a campus with students trying to get lunch between classes.

Ordered at 8:12, still waiting for my lemonade at 9:00. Crowd is huge because this is the only place on campus open late enough for student workers, athletes, and others to get an actual meal that isn’t cafe food at Evergreen. They just closed the gates on us as well. Not happy in the slightest.
