Excellent Service from Managers at El Pollo Loco #5620
I am a loyal customer of El Pollo Loco #5620 and want to sincerely thank two managers, Maria Grajeda and Maria Camarena, for their outstanding help in resolving my refund. My refund issue had been pending with the office for two weeks with no resolution, but both Maria Grajeda and Maria Camarena were extremely helpful.
They were polite, patient, and very thorough in handling my case. I appreciated their attention to detail and punctuality in following up and keeping their promises to call me back.
I am so happy to have such dedicated employees at this location. Their professionalism and care make me feel confident in both the staff and the store. I truly know I can trust them and the service at this El Pollo Loco.

I ordered brc burrito added breast meat the size of the burrito was that of a taco maybe a little thicker but the tortilla was folded on itself and barely any rice what low quality food it was disappointing I wonder what else they short customers on terrible!!!!!!!

That new habanero chicken is crap.. worst chicken I’ve had to date. Chicken didn’t seem marinated in it but more like slapped on top of it silly. To make matters worse the chicken underneath it was sooo dry even though I requested it to be fresh & juicy. As always, el pollo loco very stingy with salsas and other condiments. Waste of $25 for an 8 pcs that I could’ve bought food elsewhere and had enjoyed eating.

Dined in with the family. We ordered, sat down to eat and then half way through our meal one of the lady workers Approached us and said…. We’ve been closed for 20 min, the girl is trying to clean the dining room. “So basically kicked us out”….. if they were about to close when we arrived they could of simply said “everything was to go” because they were about to close. But no…. Instead they were extremely rude about it and had no customer service skills…. We usually just go through the drive thru…. But not anymore. I’ll be taking my service elsewhere…. Where they’re not rude

It’s El Pollo Loco . I have not visited here in years and I was missing out.
I ordered the chicken burrito bowl, which was new to me. It is delicious and filling!! I ordered mine with no guacamole and it was just as delicious, I’m sure.

Ordered 3pc family meal through uber eats took an hour long to get my order. Called the store and told me they are busy thats why the chickens are burnt. So they told me to come to their store to get a new chicken. Whats the point of delivery!!!!!

This is my favorite place for lunch. Fast food that is actually healthy. My favorite is the two piece chicken meal with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Best deal in town. Most meals are under $10. Kids will love the mac and cheese. Friendly staff who know me by name and not just a number.
