Ordered 4 sandwiches to go & when we got to the register, instead of asking us what we ordered, or even the employees who made them, the lady handling the money proceeds to unwrap every sandwich to check what they were. Totally disgusting as she had been handling money & didn’t have on gloves. We were telling her what we had but I guess she didn’t believe us? What we told her was correct. Just a weird experience, disgusting, unfriendly, & unprofessional. I think it’s under new ownership. We will not be back.

Google said busier than normal. There was only 1 person. Taking my sub out of the wrap was like a bad unboxing video. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. Was missing the cheese thats advertised. Tasted like a cold disappointment. New Yorkers pride themselves on the very best deli subs. I would not give this to my worst enemy.

These bowls are reheated now. I liked the old pasta with meat sauce better, which was made in the store. My kids wouldn’t eat this. I dont recommend any of their bowls. I had to heat the salmon and the smell was horrendous. Stick to subs.

New building, the mobile app, website, drive thru, new soda machine, and new order screens make it fun and pretty fast. They are still working out some kinks in the new system, but it is fun to see all of the latest changes. They save your orders on your account so repeat orders can happen with one click. If your the grunt at work and need to order 10 sandwiches this is your place. Food is still as good as it has always been.

Came in to order two sandwiches, but after seeing the filthy equipment and counters, decided to leave. I don’t think OSHA would approve. No paper underneath the bread(customers sandwich) on the dirty counter and meat scraps everywhere! Disgusting and unsanitary!

More than once I’ve traveled to this location to pick up a sandwich. One of the things I like best is using the drive thru it stores my last order. Last time I went it wasn’t working. Whoever put the sign up that you just come in to order is a fool. If I wanted to order inside, I would have already been there. Today is hot. I decided to give this another shot. Sign taped on window drive thru broken come inside to order.
The question is, if you have a staff in the building why are you asking your customers to come inside when you could easily take their order from the window? I tried that the first time this happened and the staff completely ignored me at the window. I thought later, what a crazy idea that was. The staff was too busy doing nothing because there wasn’t a car around for miles.
Two times is enough. You obviously have all the biz you want…-1

Quick service and consistent quality sandwich. Drive thru cashier seemed confused about why I didn’t want to use the touch screen kiosk covered in finger print and hand print smudges to place my order during a pandemic, but he took the order all the same.
