Placed order online on the mobile app. Picked it up and came home. Was missing 4 items plus straws. Went back to get missing items. Employees were nice and gave me the missing items. Food was subpar and drinks were flat. Was hungry so just ate it. If I were to try it again definitely going to make sure everything is in the bag.

I ordered online and paid online. We went to pick the order up and when we got there, we were informed that door dash picked up our order. How in the world did they give our order to them when I clearly put “pickup” “in store” on our order. This was very disappointing because they told us there wasn’t anything they could do about our $74 order that was already paid for. Then one of the nitwits finally got smart and called door dash and they were told they picked up the wrong order. So they finally were going to remake our order. I don’t have a clue if anyone there knows how to count but 24 crispy tacos does not mean 10 in each box. Plus they forgot half of the stuff on our combos. We got the main items like the Mexican pizza and the 2 crunch wraps and the drinks for the 3 combos but what happened to the rest? This place is a joke. The worst experience I have ever had. They just dropped the ball on this one and lost our business. THUMBS DOWN!! MY OPINION, FIRE THEM ALL!! They give this franchise a bad reputation. PEOPLE, PLEASE, KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM THIS PLACE!!

So apparently you can’t add a order at the window but you can order drinks, I think that’s a bunch of BS horrible customer service, I think you should be able to add anything if you are sitting there with a card in your hand. Maybe they will see this and do a better job next time.

I hate this because we order here all the time. Tonight we placed an order on the mobile app and paid for it, when we went to pick it up we got hit with “ sorry bro we can’t make no grilled items cus we already turned the grill off and like half your order is grilled items.” I’m sorry, we placed the order at like 2:15. You close at 3. I work at a restaurant, I get how it is, I don’t get to eat til this time because of it, but shutting your grill down nearly an hour before close? Nah. Do better. The old employees were top, I don’t know what’s going on now.

Edit: it’s been days now and I’m still missing the 35 bucks from my account that was supposedly refunded.

Stopped at this Taco Bell here in Oklahoma, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. The place was clean, including the bathrooms, but that’s where the positives end. My order took forever, and I saw a drive-thru customer come back with the wrong bag. The staff took it back, set it aside briefly, and then tried to give it to me!

When I asked if it was the same bag that had gone outside, nobody seemed to know. I insisted they remake my food because I couldn’t trust it. They did, but got it wrong, and I was worried the whole time about potential tampering. Overall, a terrible experience that left me uneasy. Definitely not a place I’d recommend stopping at.

Absolute worst night shift crews we’ve ever seen. In the past few months our orders from here have gotten so bad, we get home and throw the bag in the trash full of RAGE because these people can’t get 4 tacos correct. WHO are you people hiring for these jobs because we can’t even get 4 simple damn tacos without the entire order nearly being wrong and spending TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS on the order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Absolutely enraged at the worthlessness of the staff the past year. We are DONE with this Taco Bell until something changes.
