Used the app to place an order, order was correct and I received all of my items. I’ve dined at many of Taco Bells in my lifetime and unfortunately one of my favorite things on the menu the chalupa was not very desirable from here. Every time I’ve ever ordered one from Taco Bell there a very crispy like deep fried shell I’ve had them twice now at this location and they were nowhere near the same consistency as other Taco Bell chains. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because the employees were outside smoking. Got my order already cold. Ordered my food with no sour cream and got sour cream on items that don’t even normally come with it. They also only offer half of the normal menu on their mobile app.

We spent over $40 on our food and not one thing was right. My extra steak quesadilla only had like a couple pieces in it. And you could actually see right through it and see where the meat was and there was like nothing there and paid extra for it. Ordered a bunch of sauces and got 0. My burrito was all busted up and everywhere. My fiesta potatoes were like burnt and one a couple in there and no sour cream. Horrible experience. Really crashed on this one taco bell!! I like how there’s no number to call. Guess im beat with u fixing this.

Although the free car wash from your sprinkler system was enjoyable, Please don’t serve food past its expiration time. It’s not healthy for anyone and it’s pretty dissapointing as well. Especially when there was enough time to make fresh everything. Everyone was waiting anyway. Why not spend the extra 5 minutes out of 20 making it worth my time.

Order mobile pickup got there waited 30 minutes for my order. Turns out they put it in the drive through area. So by the time I got my food it was ice cold. So if your gonna order through the mobile app get it through the drive through.

I’d love to leave zero stars. I arrived at 1:32 after seeing they were open till 2am and sat for a moment and was spoken to in Spanish in which I responded by saying in Spanish that I speak English their response was they were closed. I stated online said open till 2 they said no closed an hr ago I asked why it said online till 2 and they told me it was wrong. All lights were on and cars were in parking lot. So, what I learned is late night food was a no and being lazy while being paid was a yes. Wish I could have that luxury at my job without being penalized.
