Wanted a bowl with double orange and she offered a plate I didn’t want. I was going to pay whatever was needed but no effort to satisfy a client. Really sad and to top it off the Manager was next to the Associate and no effort to help at all. SAD TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Its Sunday Nov 30th 3:46pm. District Manager train your employees. I didn’t yell or say anything bad at all.

I love this location because it is always busy, so that your food is freshly cooked. They give big scoops always, and I like all the dishes. The service is very good, friendly and professional still. Nataly and Diana are the best, Im sure the rest of the team is amazing too, I just didnt have chance to know all the names.

I want to rate this place based off on the experience I’ve have on the drive through. The young female workers aren’t very friendly at all. I’ve had 2 different young girls already that are not nice and they lack customer service. They did not welcome me when i ordered on drive through. I felt rushed and when I payed they gave me my items in a hurry and didn’t say anything. I had to wait for them to come back to the window because I had wanted sweet and sour sauce and didn’t get a chance to say because the girl rushed and walked away. I only come to this location because it convenient from my work area. But I dread going there and ordering. Hope this post will catch the supervisors attention and teach them better consumer service skills.

Good customer service, butttt i asked for a full plate of food so i could get as much as im paying for. The plates barely even had any entrees. I even told them if they could fill the plates because this is an ongoing issue for me. Please serve the plates right im sure if this was your food you wouldn’t be satisfied either.

The workers are not very personable. They don’t apologize when they get your order wrong and act like you were the problem. The chicken is hard and overcooked and the prices have gotten more expensive and the portions have gotten way smaller. Do better. We pay too much for this food for the amount given and for it to be overcooked. I only come here bc my kids like this whack food.

Panda Express has an excellent business model that plenty of other eateries could learn from. Happy, friendly faces ready to accommodate your every need while enjoying your dining experience. The employees work together like a fine-tuned machine. Spotless bathrooms and frequent mopping in the dining area with piping hot water. You just feel like your dining in a clean environment, eating freshly prepared food as you look on. We have put this location on our radar for regular visits. The employees are paid handsomely, with medical insurance as well..Maybe that’s why they’re smiling. They are valued by the company they work for and it shows!
