While our Tri Tip is our signature, we take all of our meats seriously — whether it is hand pulled pork, juicy and flavorful chicken, or grilled salmon, we season, rub, or sauce each to perfection. We only use the highest quality beef — Certified Angus Beef. Our Tri Tip is marinated and hand-rubbed with a secret seasoning. We char-roast it over an open fire, then smoke it in our smoke oven to a perfect medium-rare finish. We only use the freshest ingredients. Seasoned on a plate or dressed on a salad, all of our ingredients are treated with the same care as our meat. Down to our house made rustic croutons, you would be surprised at how much we do behind the scenes!
