I met a friend at this Bibibop location for lunch. I was impressed with friendly welcome of the staff. The food was fresh and tasty. The decor was welcoming. My only slight complaint is that other Bibibop locations usually give me a little bigger portions. Overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pro-tip: download the Bibibop app if you eat there often. The points and rewards add up quickly.

First time stopping at a BIBIBOP location, it’s very similar to Chipotle as far as ordering food. I picked a bowl and just custom made it going down the counter. And for under $10 for the chicken bowl, I thought it was a lot of food and really good!! I would definitely go back and try some new options.

Disappointing Experience at Bibibop Asian Grill
I had high hopes for Bibibop, but unfortunately, my experience fell flat. While the place was relatively clean and had plenty of parking, that’s where the positives ended.
The customer service was noticeably poor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests, pointing at signs rather than explaining anything. Their impatience was evident—they even skipped over a guest ahead of me simply because she wasn’t ordering fast enough. The rushed, impersonal service set a bad tone right from the start.
The food itself was another letdown. It didn’t taste fresh, lacked inspiration, and felt like a bland, uninspired version of Qdoba—minus the burrito wrap. Nothing stood out in terms of flavor or quality. All three of us in my group felt the same way: there was absolutely nothing memorable or enticing about the meal.
Yes, the price was low ($40 for three people), but even at half that cost, I wouldn’t return. If you’re looking for cheap, average food with indifferent service, this might be your spot. But for me, it’s a hard pass.

Got to the restaurant about 4:30 pm on a Sat and quite a bit of the food was not available. The girl that was working the food was not very pleasant. This was my first time there and I told her that and asked her to explain the process to me. She started talking extremely fast. I told her she was talking too fast, I could not catch what she was saying. She continued talking too fast. I told her I’d just read the board that she was still talking too fast. The guy that ended up waiting on me was OK. He was too rushed and frustrated because they did not have most of the food I actually wanted. But, the food was delicious. According to my son, they’ve never had that poor of service there.

Quick, easy, fresh, and healthy! Great concept, similar to QDOBA and Naf Naf, of creating a bowl with toppings but with Korean and Asian influence. The japchae noodles were delicious as the base. I got nearly all the toppings possible because everything looked so good. The serving portion is huge and you’ll definitely have leftovers to take home.

Every Single Time i’ve door dashed from here it’s completely wrong, and i mean wrong as in quite literally everything, just nothing what i ordered at all. i’ve made the mistake to doordash this place 5 times within like 3 months now and every single time its just completely wrong. In my opinion go in store and have them do it, make sure to watch them cause i swear they have to be purposely doing this. It’s honestly pathetic.

A wonderful place for a quick eat! When you walk in you are immediately greeted by very nice employees. You pick your bowl size and can see all the ingredients clearly in front of you. It’s pretty healthy and affordable. They also offer free miso soup, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant for dining in. Cannot go wrong stopping here!
