Decided to get a quick lunch from the shack and was not at all impressed. We spent about $30 to much for what we got. Let me say that the staff was very very friendly. Chanada was super friendly and walked around to see how everything was
I gave her my honest opinion. She received it and asked me to also complete the survey for them. I got a Chicken Shack lettuce wrap with added avocado. The avocado i got was 3 small pieces and the chicken breast was small as well. That was a few cents away from $10. They did not have a kids menu so I ordered a 6pc bite, fries, and a small mangoade with boba. Overall I was disappointed with the food and cost and what you got for what you paid for. The company did however reach out and sent me a coupon for our next visit. We did enjoy sitting on the patio and playing ping pong and sun. Next time we Will probably just get shakes. Enjoy.

The burgers are really good and definitely the highlight, though they’re a bit pricey for the portion size. The fries are underwhelming and don’t quite match the quality of the burgers. The milkshakes are good and a nice treat.
Service is okay. Orders are placed at a kiosk and the food is brought out to your table, but there’s no self-service drink station. Getting a refill can be frustrating since there’s often no one nearby at the counter to help.
Overall, Shake Shack has tasty burgers and good shakes, but the higher prices, weaker fries, and average service keep it from being a regular stop.

This place has went downhill! The service was slow had to wait almost 30 minutes on food. When it came out it was burnt. There was no ketchup in the dispensers. You had to flag down someone down just to ask for ketchup. Finally got finished eating and went to the bathroom before we left. If I had went before we ate we would have left! The men’s bathroom was destroyed! Trash everywhere and no soap in the dispenser! None, zero! So who knows how long it had been empty! Just disgusted! This used to be one of my favorite places for a burger, not anymore! Done….sorry, will not be back!

The place is nice and clean. I went at 3pm on a Saturday so it was busy but my food did come quick, hot and correct. You order on a screen, take a number and they bring your food to you. They serve smash burgers so I suggest getting two patties on the burger and the drink in the picture is a large drink. No complaints and would definitely eat there again.

The burgers at Shake Shack are amazing. I’ve been twice and whoa! The smoke shack burger is the best burger I’ve ever had! I also love the fries. It’s got cute decor, the bathrooms are clean and they keep the condiment station well stocked. I absolutely recommend eating here if you love burgers!

SO GOOD!!! I would give them 6 or 8 stars if I could. At this point in my life, I’ve had more burgers out than I can count, and it’s hard to be impressed by a burger. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED!!! This tastes like a freshly made burger with fresh meat—-not only that, but very good-quality meat. I’m sitting here thinking about getting another one. This reminds me of a freshly ground burger that used to be made in my hometown. I could not make a burger this good!! You will love this place!!

The burgers and shakes were great. Self service kiosks, though, are impersonal. The booth where we sat had not been cleared but a server came several times to help take our trays and trash away. Pricing is steep but worth an occasional treat. Definitely worth another visit

$40 for two double smash like ultra thin burgers about the size of a Pillsbury grand biscuit with only a single lettuce leaf and melted am.cheese with two 12oz (guessing the size, not very lg) milk shakes that were entirely too chocolatety and overly heavy coffee flavor is totally outrageously expensive!!! We could’ve gotten the same selection but better quality food at Wendy’s for half or less the price we paid and I know for a fact the food at Wendy’s would’ve been way way better! This is just a trendy nuvo-burger-shake place that is incredibly over priced and i can guarantee they won’t see the likes of us again that’s for sure!
UPDATE: Do your diligence to deliver a good product at a fair price, not a product made with mediocre quality but at jacked up prices and then make excuses and ask for more details… you got the details, there’s nothing left to state. Step up your game or get out.

I would describe this place as fancy fast food. The basic menu is burgers and fries but at a higher price than regular fast food. However, the food was good with sandwich and burger choices you won’t find at other places. I probably could have shared fries with my wife rather than each of us getting some. The dining area was clean and had a very large covered outdoor seating area with ping pong and corn hole boards.
