This kfc definitely need to close back up and start again. Everything they are serving people definitely need to go straight to the garbage. Definitely need to close this location down. Before someone get sick from getting served cold food. And I’m calling the heath department on them.

We were glad to see that the Delhi KFC had opened after the fire so decided to get carry out. Online ordering was pretty easy except the chicken and tender feast did not say what pieces of chicken were included. All the other 6 piece meals listed the items and that fit our plan. The order was ready early but everything went downhill after that. Our 6 pieces of chicken were 5 drumsticks and a tiny thigh. I ordered an extra thigh and breast. We got the tiny thigh but no breast. We did not get any sauces and the biscuits were so hard we threw them away. We ordered a Mikes honey hot combo just to try it. Only one of the pieces was actually the size of a tender. The other two were thin and tiny. Sides were good. We will not be going back. Ron’s Roost is much better quality and you get what you order!

Came to pick up an online order, 1st off it smelled horrible in there like they had bad sewage or something and almost every single employee was on their phone like zombies and attitudes sucked, it felt like the twilight zone, everyone accept an older lady who looked like she was doing majority of the work. The food looked and taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day I couldn’t even finish it. I will not be back here and I’d advise anyone who’s looking to visit to try one of the many other restaurants on Delhi or even pick up Kroger’s chicken over what they’re trying to serve at this KFC. Judging by the quality of employees I should’ve known better.

Worst Service I’ve Ever had at KFC
I had an extremely disappointing experience tonight. The chicken I was initially served looked old and dried out, the apple poppers were stale, and to make things worse, the drink was terrible. When I asked for fresh food, I was told I’d have to wait- the wait turned into almost an hour.
What made this even more frustrating was the lack management. The manager was not managing at all- there were young kids working who clearly needed guidance, and no one was stepping in to keep things moving or ensure food quality.
An hour wait for fresh food at a fast-food restaurant is completely unacceptable. There was no urgency, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. By the time I finally received the replacement food, the experience was already ruined.
This visit was a waste of time and money. I expect better food quality and proper management. I will not be returning to this location.

This has always been one of my favorite places to go in Delhi. The food is delicious- I prefer the chicken they use to use in the bowls but it’s still okay. Service was friendly food was hot and as ordered. The only thing was the wait time was very long but for friendly service hot food prepared right I’m willing to wait. Glad to see Thea restaurant reopened.

Terrible food disgusting and old. They did remake my large fry after I asked for it to be made over, However the 12 piece we ordered was old and seems like it was sitting for 2 days, the hot wings were cold and seemed to be 2 days old as well. We spent 46 bucks, we will never return to this one.

Ordered 4 pieces of chicken and 2 sides over an hour ahead of time online. Got there and it wasn’t ready for another 40 minutes. They had my order marked as ready on the board inside the whole time. No apology, no nothing.

The food itself was fine. My experience with the rude employee makes me not want to come back. It’s not your customer’s fault that you did not put all ordered items in the bag and they now have to check every detail before leaving. This is not the customer “holding up your line.” Your ineptitude did that. I just spent nearly sixty dollars on some freaking greasy, fast food. (Shame on me) It’s not unreasonable to make sure you handed me all that I ordered when you already shorted me twice in the same transaction!

I came here the first day it opened and they had given us the wrong order. So we go up to the counter because it was a $60 order and we had maybe got $30 worth of food in the incorrect order we got. They told us they would get it sorted out. Three different times we were asked what we got. The manager was very rude and dismissive of our trouble as well as rude to the staff. We gave them our receipt and we never got it back we had to wait for like 30 minutes for food while the manager was being very rude to staff and then when he had finally walked up to us again I had showed that I was upset and he was like it’s fine over and over and you know what I excused it because it was the opening day but then we order online and we’re missing a whole bag of food like $40 worth of it. We call doordash and they say it’s the restaurant’s fault we call the restaurant and they say it’s doordashs fault and adamantly says that they put everything in the bag again very rude and inconsiderate. I would rather go to the KFC farther away then have to walk in or order from this establishment again.
