We’ve been wanting to try this place on a race weekend and honestly just kept forgetting and going with what we know. What a mistake we’d been making by not getting here sooner! The food was absolutely incredible, menu was incredible, service incredible, and whole vibe was great. Extremely reasonable food prices for a huge menu and amazing specials! Nice bourbon selection and great patio. This place is a hidden gem and we all agreed from here out we will be going every race weekend we make. Most likely more than once.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday before Eldora, everything was awesome. The staff was friendly and professional, everything was clean and had a real nice vibe to it. And the food was outstanding, the fried green tomatoes alone were phenomenal, followed by the beer cheese burger was a great combo. Will definitely be back.

Small homey feel with hearty food. We never really thought of Burketsville for dining out. After eating there, it will be one of my go-tos. I heard it gets packed on weekends. We went on a Thursday and it was pretty busy, but sat down right away and food came pretty quick. Really good service.
