The server overfilled my cup and therefore did not leave enough room for cream but my coffee was 100 percent paid with my Caribou bucks so I was very happy. The bathrooms were a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. The restaurant is a 9 out of 10 for atmophere.

A customer was extremely rude to the cashier, I will start this out there, extremely rude to the cashier. I spent the next 10 minutes waiting on my plain cup of coffee listening to this lady tell any other employee her plight. It sounds like there was a medical emergency earlier in the day at this location which would throw anyone off who isn’t a healthcare provider. But to spend 10 minutes harping about the rude customer while other customers can hear you is unprofessional. Save that for the break room or your group chat.

Savannah is the best! She helped me out when an attempted second date took a turn for the crazy & kept me safe from a thief who likes to steal cups & spoons. (Inside joke here, but true). Nice place to pop in for your coffee, tea, or snack fix to go. I love the Chicken Apple breakfast sandwich. The bathrooms are closed right now but will hopefully open them up soon.

Despite it being mostly empty and quiet in the store, I ended up waiting a long time for my Americano. In addition to the service being slow, the cashier was not particularly friendly and was barely audible when I asked a couple of questions about the perks club. Coffee tasted fine— but a bit expensive for what it is.

Stopped in for a quick coffee while en route from the airport. Drinks were great, and the atmosphere was cozy! Unfortunately, our interaction with Joey was less than wonderful. He made my visiting relative feel like an idiot for ordering a “starbucks drink” (she had never been to a Caribou!), and then proceeded to trash talk Starbucks instead of actually being welcoming and helpful. Thankful the regular Caribou locations I visit have been more welcoming.
